If you are short and have narrow corridors in your house reconsider this option.
It is good but man so hard to lug around.Wish they had another longer extension to add to so I dont have to move the main machine around.Wanted to return it to get something else but godfreys is giving peanuts to take it back.I dont use as much as I would like to.

We bought this vacuum cleaner about 2.5 years ago. Its performance is impressive but the hardware is cheap for what it costs. Just after a few months of buying it, discolouration spots started to appear on the golden surface. The cover was replaced at no cost but the staff were not helpful when it came to these things. More recently, the plastic part inside the visualiser would come off whenever I start vacuuming. Very disappointing! I purchased this product from Godfreys . My main concern was ease of use .. The salesman showed me on the floor of Godfreys and it seemed to do everything . Yes ...He was correct it does a really good job but it is so heavy and the suction tube kinks which I was told it wouldn't . I hate vacuuming and told godfreys my concern about the unit hitting into furniture etc .. They said "NO" it glides easily . I hate this vacuum cleaner ..it is so hard to use and very heavy . I paid over $1500 for it . I went to Godfreys to buy the expensive bags and yes they were out of stock !!!! I don't reside close to a city and will have to drive again over 100 kms to purchase the overpriced bags ....Go figure ?

Cant complain about the suction, but it is heavy and hard to manoeuvre. I've had to get the extended pole replaced as I couldn't get it to fold up into itself and it has since jammed again. The attachments got hard to remove on and off, but once I got it serviced it was fine. Forget it if you have stairs, and if you haven't got carpet, go for something lighter.

I have a two-storied house - 80% carpet - 20% tile 3-bedroom townhouse.
Suction is very good. Bulky and heavy to manoeuvre. Easy to manipulate connections. The visualizer does not reach its full capacity, it needs to be emptied several times but it's good to be saving on those expensive bags. The hose needs to be much more flexible (it's too stiff).
Would I recommend this machine to others at $NZ2,499? I think not.

wouldnt buy again, i find it quite heavy to pull around, only keep it because we paid 2000k for it, would far rather have the ease of the dyson. the extra bagless attachment makes it bulky and i was constantly emptying it, so don't bother using anymore. not really worth the extra money.
