Installation a nightmare and company refuse to get back to us
Do not use screenaway
After 4 months blinds still have ripples, do not open and close properly, installer has stated it cannot be fixed snd won’t work on our room yet owner of screenaway refuses to refund or speak to us! BEWARE do not use this dodgy company!

Waste of money, worst costumer service.
Installed one year ago for 2.5K on a bay window. Yes it is that expensive.
At first looks awesome, after 3 months started noticing the blind would start buckling and light (a lot) would go through. In the past 8 months exchanged inumerous messages, fone calls, emails etc to get it fixed. They NEVER came to fix, now the issue is worst as the blind is peeling off and every night it opens up. Check the photo, this is after 8 months of very light use, maybe opening and closing the blind once a day max. Imagine after 5 years.
I'm about to remove it and put something worth 2.5K, but before I will seek legal advise. This company should be called RUNAWAY or STAYAWAY.

Dont Waste Your Money
Do not waste your money on this shonky product. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Not only did it take over 6 months for it to get installed correctly we have nothing but issues ever since. After multiple visits from technicians they would work for a day or so and then completely come out of the track, get stuck, or not work at all. For us to use the blinds correctly so we can have complete darkness (or 99% as the claim - more like 90 ) it is a 35 minute process of putting the blinds up and down multiple times & getting the blinds back in so al...
Read morel the multiple gaps are filled, if it even works at all. After 10 months of issues I called and asked to speak with the owner, who lied to the poor receptionist that he was on the phone, which I repeatedly told her I was happy to hold. Eventually when he realised I wasn't going away the poor receptionist had to awkwardly tell me he was refusing to take the call and that he would call me back - he never did! We now are out of pocket because we just want them gone because after paying thousands of dollars to have electric blinds at the touch of a button, we will end up having to pay to get the walls plastered and re-painted. So with the product still being under the 2 year warranty - we have asked for a refund and removal of the shonky product, their best offer was to offer $500 credit to repair/ugrade the product we paid in full and is still under warranty. It is not an investment it will de-value your property. Go elsewhereThank you for your review; we can't agree with it; however, we respect your opinion and kind regards.
If you respected opinions you would:
a) Gracefully refund us and remove the faulty product (you have plenty of evidence of malfunction in both pictures and videos)..
b) Not dishonor your 2 year warran...
Blinds lasted 18 months before strings broke in retract mechanism.
Bought 3 large blinds. All have broken after 18 months. Very painful to try and get someone to fix. In fact, couldn’t even get a response from main headquarters - they palm you off to local installer.
These blinds are not made to last.

QLD Buyers BEWARE
I had these blinds installed in January 2020 and as of September I am still waiting for them to come and fix the error their installer made (he installed them too low and my louvres cannot open).
The office has made error after error, and the job was forgotten about on more than one occasion. There has been three different installers out to repair the job and every time they've been unable to do so (parts, ordering issues etc).
If you are in QLD and considering these blinds I would choose another company. There service is appalling.
