We needed an amazing company like this
Absolutely love the products from selfawear. So far I have two of their shirts and a gorgeous anxiety ring which has helped me in so many anxious situations. When I wear the shirts I always get compliments and hugs from people who read the one that says the world is a better place with you in it. The staff are all amazing as well and I can't wait to buy more of their products. Items are great but
Don't expect customer service.I have ordered a number of times (at least 7 from scanning my history) from Selfaware, however the last order has put me off.
They no longer use Australia Post and instead use a carrier that I have had many issues in the past which may prevent me from future shops.
I put in a Parcel Locker for the delivery address as I have moved interstate however they were unable to deliver because they used Aramex (previously Fastway).
I never received a notification of failure, I looked up the status and was proactive myself... Read more with no assistance from Selfaware Customer Service. I had actually reached out to them when I got the notification about shipping as I noticed it was not an Australia Post carrier (Parcel Lockers can only be utilised by AU post) however received a poor generic response for tracking. After clarifying, I received was referred to contact the delivery partner directly (no ownership of responsibility taken for something that could have been prevented, so I did) and when I emailed for their assistance in contacting the carrier due to no response, nothing. I even checked their website prior to ordering as I had run into this issue previously with other delivery partners so took extra steps. Super sad, as their item are decent (I have hoodies, jumpers, rings, t-shirts, bottles, stickers, bags from them) but their customer service is terrible. I ordered my items on the 25th November and after many back and forth emails and missed calls, finally got delivered on 14th December. There are other similar shops that do better. Do better.

Great stuff, and excellent service
I ordered 3 T-shirt’s and 2 necklaces. Unfortunately the necklaces didn’t make it into the package. I contacted customer service and they were sent in the next post. Fantastic Customer Service - 5 star!
From the very start Selfaware customer service team have been exceptional. Their communication is prompt, friendly and efficient. I was able to modify my order including adding an item saving me additional postage on a separate order. And when there was a minor issue with an item they were very responsive in sending out a replacement. You can tell they take pride and care
I brought a mystery box, knowing full well there may be item or items in it that I wouldn’t like or be in love with, and I was comfortable with that knowledge. Fast forward to today, and my box arrives, I unpack it and I am in absolute love with everything.Selfawear could not have packed a better box for me personally, and everything it contained within its four walls is exactly what I needed right now.
Thank you so much, it’s been a pleasure buying from a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. I will be making further purchases in the future.

The service I received
I cannot believe the lengths that the customer relations manager, Belinda, went to provide excellent service! My original order took a few days longer than normal, and I received an email of apology, saying I would receive a free gift. This hadn't been packed and Belinda went totally out of her way to ensure that I did! I now am the proud owner of a 'Save the Bees' T-Shirt.I already have two other T-Shirts and the quality is amazing! I bought some bracelets for my granddaughters, and they are stunning!

Exceptional customer service!
I stumbled across Selfawear thanks to Instagram and was instantly taken by the positive messaging and fun designs. I ordered a couple of t-shirts for my daughter to wear on an upcoming camp. Knowing we’d cut it close with timing, I sent off a quick email to the team to ask if they could expedite the order … well mission complete!!
