Hi Debby,

Unfortunately we do not measure the capacity of our Microwaves in litres, however due to the turntable size, this model would be approximately 40L. Please also keep in mind that this product is classified as a large size microwave oven.

Kind regards,
Sharp Australia

Hi Keith,

Thank you for your question. Our current microwave R990K models S and W have the Sensor Instant Action feature, however these are for the following menus: Fresh Vegetables, Reheat Pie, Jacket Potato, Frozen Vegetables, Casseroles and Desserts.
Unfortunately for roasts these microwave models do not have a sensor function but they do have Australian Developed Menus incorporated into it for your convenience.
These models also have Multi-Cook auto menus which do include the following: Roast Beef, Roast Lamb, Roast Chicken, Roast Dinner, Grilled Steak/Chops and Biscuits.
All of the Instructions, menus guides / tables and procedures are provided within the operation manual.
If you want to have a look at more details on these models here are the links:

I have had a Sharp995E for a long time - it is versatile and faultless.
The instruction book has had an accident.

Memory isn't enough to maintain standards.

Is one available online?

I don't think it will be available online anymore as you mentioned, it is a bit 'old' compare to the latest new microwaves.
