reasonable price and good quality clothings
Fast delivery, only takes around 2 weeks. Verity items of clothing, most of them are pretty good quality with reasonable price. Can easily find what I am looking for. Good overall.

Poor Quality, Refund Time Takes Years!
I never checked this product review but now I know the truth.
1. It is true, the fabric of their dress is so thin and the quality is not really good at all
2. Do not be fooled by their coupons, advertising, flashy website, free delivery and coupons = it is now what you expect it to be, they are so good at presenting their product enough to have even fool me
3. Lastly, refund is too slow, I brought my item in the parcel point on 24th of November and after checking today, it is still in transit.

Quality of dresses is poor!!
I have tried to return some dresses but that almost impossible. There is no customer service available to advise how I can do this. The 4 dresses I bought is so see through you might as well walk naked. Honestly poor quality.
I will not shop here again if it is going to be this hard to return items.

Very poor fabric quality
Recently I have bought an activewear leggings from Shein. Most of their products have quiet nice look and I trusted the reviews that have been provided on the product and bought this legging. The first time I put it on, it got ripped off due to very poor fabric quality. It was perfectly fit on me but the fabric they used is outworn because it didn't even tear from its seam but the actual fabric was ripped off. Additionally their customer service is not good at all as it is not easy to contact them when you face this kind of issue. Now I have to pay for product return postage to be eligible for a refund only for a product that had a terrible fabric quality. I should not have trusted the reviews and I won't shop from Shein anymore.

The products look very elegant and nice on the website and app, however, when you receive the postage - it’s highly evident that the material utilised is cheap. I honestly felt as though I was wearing a rag. I do understand the prices are cheap so i shouldn’t have expected much but the material was awful. will deduct a flat rate of $6.95AUD and that was fine but when i posted it to return i had to pay an extra $20 to ship it back for a refund. The shipping and the shipping guarantee isn’t included in the refund so overall I had to pay around $40 for shipping it to here and from here (which was more expensive than the clothes i bought). However, the shipping did come earlier than the expected time which i was very happy about. but overall I am really unhappy about my purchase and my experience with shein but i hope it’s better for you.1 comment

False Advertising On Website- Terrible Customer Service- Still waiting for refund- Would not recommend!
The info stated on website for materials was incorrect for many of the items i purchased.
For example socks saying 100% cotton have arrived full of synthetics. A top I purchased due to it being cotton and it arrives and it's actually 100% polyester! I specifically wanted to buy these items due to natural fibres. Am getting the run around with a refund. First they say their policy is they don't refund socks and will only refund some of items. I would expect a pre-paid postbag to be sent out in this case. 1. I order online as chronically ill and can't get out easily and 2. I should not be out of pocket for your false advertising on your website.

dont get your refund for returns
I returned 2 dresses nearly 5 weeks ago and still have not revieved my refund... shocking company, do not waste your money, delivery also takes forever... no customer service line so no one to speak to

THE WORST - I wish I could give them less than 1 star
It's been a month already. They authorised the refund, received the returned good but refuse to refund the money to my PayPal account as originally agreed. I will never buy from them again. Do not recommend.

Fantastic Service
I ordered a number of things (tops, dresses and skirts). My order arrived promptly as expected and I was kept informed of the delivery status. Some of the clothes didn't fit or weren't as I expected, however this is the nature of online shopping (this was no different to any other company I've shopped with, its the chance you take when online shopping). I kept four items and I'm happy with the quality and fit of these items. I contacted Shein to arrange a return and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I received my refund promptly. I'm extremely happy with my Shein experience and will definitely shop with them again.

Website makes returns impossible. So misleading and deceptive.
((EDIT: good outcome, customer service prompt to solve the problem. However website still needs to be fixed to make returns easier. Good outcome in the end though. ))
Clothes arent bad at all but the returns process? IMPOSSIBLE. None of the links work to submit a ticket, I cant contact them in any way shape or form so this is what Ive had to resort to. Im hoping someone from shein replies to this so I can return my unwanted items. Im so frustrated by their website and their lack of (non existent) customer service. My order number is YYZ82370.

Return process difficulties
For the last 9 days I have been attempting to have the return process information sent to me for a produce that doesn't fit properly.
I have provided all the information asked - Order number, email address, mobile number, copies of emails - and l still do not have the appropriate information on how l return an item.
The process is unnecessarily difficult and very frustrating.
I would not recommend purchasing from Shein given how terrible the return process is and how poor the customer service is.

Really surprised with how happy I was with my order
I was very worried about ordering after reading the negative reviews, but I actually had a really good experience overall. Would recommend people always PAY WITH PAYPAL however.
Shipping - Again, very sceptical that either my item wouldn't arrive or would take months, but I received it all within about 2 weeks with full tracking. All packaged up well.

0 for a dress and get something that's equivelant to a $100 dress). I think you get exactly the value of what you pay for. Having said that, I absolutely love some of the items I bought and plan on wearing them to dressy events. I think SHein nails it especially with their wrap style dresses. Fit - I made sure to really look at the clothes I was buying and only purchased ones that had lots of reviews (especially reviews with photos so I could see the items in real life). The sizes are a bit all over the place (so a small in one dress is not equivalent to a small in another) but the size charts for each item are a good guide. I think the dresses come from a lot of different manufacturers so there isn't standard sizing, but when I ordered a size correct for my measurements (and checked that in the reviews with other people who had bought the same size) I didn't really have an issue with things fitting. Returns - None of my items had any faults and I chose to return were because I had ordered the wrong size (had thought that because I was probably ordering clothes made in china that I needed to size up, but I didn't so some items were too big). Again something I was super sceptical about was the returns process, but it honestly went really smoothly. I registered online what I wanted to return, printed off the provided returns label, lodged it at my nearest parcelpoint and when it arrived a few days later to their Sydney warehouse my paypal account was refunded. I think maybe the reason my overall experience was so great was because I paid with paypal, so if there are any dramas along the way you can open a paypal dispute, so as a buyer you have coverage. If you pay with a bank account or CC you don't have much in the way of protection. So USE PAYPAL FOR THESE KIND OF WEBSITES. Anyway I'm genuinely happy with the items I kept and will definitely be buying again from them.1 comment

Disapointed my items didnt arrive
I ordered 2 items that never arrived thanks to customs. Shein gave me a full refund. I was able to wear a friends costume wich she ordered from Shein. I loved the long line lace gown it looked amazing with a matching white two piece underneath. I want to re order what I didn't get but how will I know if customs will hold it again.

Not a scam honestly I have bought all my maternity wear from here and I will buy all my clothes from here afterwards also I am happy with sizing and quality of clothes and I have spent roughly $350 on around 20+ items of clothes and their maternity jeans are no lie so comfortable and better than mu jeans West jeans for a quarter of the price. I was sketchy at first too so I get It.
