I have had 2 loans with get capital and didn't have an issue. Come the corona virus, I asked to stop payments and they still haven't. 2 emails and 1 phone call so far. Not good enough. Only offered an 8 week stop, but then didnt stop it. All other banks offering 6 months. I will be going to my bank to put a stop to the payments myself. Watch them ring me when that happens.

Customer service was prompt. Very informative with all of my questions I needed answered.
Funding process was easy. The funds were deposited within 24hrs of settlement without any drama.
I would surely use Get Capital again in the future instead of going to the Big Banks.

Approached them for finance and disclosed the purpose the the funds, they said no problem. Spent time and had a credit check done which affects my credit rating and then came back and said that they cant lend the funds for the reason I requested on the application. Had they said this from the start it wouldnt have affected my credit score.

They make every effort to miss-lead their clients into higher interest rates, they with hold information and every person you talk to at get capital has a different figure to state or a different explanation for how something works. They will make it that confusing and miss lead you into thinking your getting a better deal than you are, then they will blame you and take no responsibility for what was said in emails, or on the phone while they where conning you. If you work with them be very careful, they will do their absolute best to miss lead you and con you. Good luck.

Truly a pleasure to deal with Get Capital. The customer service is prompt and attentive. The interest rate is lower than the big banks and the funding process is seamless (unlike the big banks).
