Took payment and have yet to send after nearly 1 month. The never answer the phone due to "Covid". They do not answer emails. I have contacted NSW Department of Fair Trading. I hope I can get my money back.
NEVER shop here - James is a scammer
Horrible experience where item has gone missing and customer service is ignoring me so I’ll now need to go to the tribunal to resolve this as the customer service from shopping express is non existent
Update : 6 months on and they have still done nothing and expected me to do everything in regards to this issue when as a company they need to follow it up as they sent it . I would highly recommend against ever buying anything from them

They claimed to have an item in stock for 24 hour dispatch. I paid immediately and expected the item to be shipped within 24 hours. It wasn't. I emailed them up 2 days later and they didn't respond. I emailed them again a day after that. They eventually responded to the first email saying the item was being shipped that day, and that a tracking number would be sent to me that afternoon. It wasn't. The following day they emailed me in response to my previous inquiry and said that the item was 'processing' - no mention of shipping time, tracking ...

I told them to cancel the order and refund my money (thousands of dollars) because I bought on the condition of 24 hour dispatch which they failed to uphold, and they refused to tell me what was actually going on with my order. They agreed by email to cancel the order and issue a refund. They told me the refunded money would be with me in 2 days, at the most. They lied about the refund being processed - it's a week later and I still don't have my money and they are continuing to lie about refunding me. I have had to escalate the situation to my bank because Shopping Express refuse to call me or contact me, or give me a straight answer about my refund. From the beginning it took them days to respond to any message sent, and they are refusing to answer phone calls. Their communication has been woeful and they have not given me a straight answer about anything from the beginning. Don't buy from this company unless you want to gamble with your money and are willing to risk losing it and never receiving the products you pay for. I cannot imagine how infuriating it would be to have to deal with them for a warranty claim. Save yourself the trouble and just buy elsewhere.- 3 reviews

Zero after care/ service. Stay away.
Three week, 15 odd email, still no reply, not even an automatic response. Zero after care. Do not waste your time with these jokers. Their service is truly non existent. The small saving isn't with the issues you will face.
I bought with 30 day money back guarantee, and ended up needing to swap a item, but they don't reply....at all!

Non response to emails or items sent out
Ordered on Monday 29-11-21 was told would be dispatched Thursday at the latest as an item listed in stock was not available but other items would be sent. These were not dispatched as promised. Emailed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday. No response to any emails.

Used to be good
Have used them many times before no issue.
Had a purchase the other day cancelled next day (after sale finished) with the reason that my card failed their risk check or their CC merchant's Secure 3d check (Stripe).
This is a card I've used many times with them before, at the same delivery address.
I called my credit card provider. They investigated and told me my card passes the Secure 3d check.
I messaged Shopping Express - they said they'll investigate and might be able to release the item.

No after sale support Don't buy from Shopping Express
Brought a printer on 21/9/2021 which was delivered 22/9/2021 and the printer would not work. Contacted the support email address with no clear answer to my problem and many emails later still no answer to my question on the printer.. I would never buy from this company again as they very unreliable
and don't respond to any emails and unable to telephone them only voice mail still
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..

Placed Order over a week ago, no updates since
Emailed support to confirm item in stock, response received within hours to confirm availability. I placed the order and checked out. This was over a week ago and I still haven't had an update since. I literally work across the road from their address listed online. Would have expected a dispatch by now or an update at the least. I've tried contacting support on 3 other occasions..

It's very bad experience with SHopping Express
I made 2 different orders of graphic cards and fully paid. They canceled both of them without notifying me. I contacted them and Shopping Express said that they canceled my orders because they cannot get the supply from the distributor. This does not make sense, because they still sell that particular graphic card at higher price up to a few days after my order was canceled.
It's a very bad experience with Shopping Express.

Would be 5/5 if they can only get there delivery service better using australia post is a shambles.
Would be 5/5 if they can only get there delivery service better using AusPost is useless 1-2 weeks wait when others are next day or two. Ive purhcased about 7 times from them but wont any longer due to 7-14 days delivery on average. Couriers please even sendle are 10 times beter that the arrangement SE has with AP

Need to LEARN how to treat customers !!
I have asked S.E. to contact me directly as Ive spent well over $15,000 on their website. Multiple CPU's, GTX 2080Super, 3070 Master, AORUS Motherboards, 1TB 2TB SSDs both M.2 and SATA - you name it I have purchased. I have asked that they call me MULTIPLE TIMES and I highlight this in LARGE TRED CAPITAL Letters.
[Name Removed] does NOT return my calls. NOT ONCE.
Covid has been around since March 2020, that's 1.5 years and other companies are open and have staff like MSY for one, CX another. Why can't they call ? I find it very frustrating when I have technical questions to ask and want an answer immediately.

Ignores good customers, no vision
For my new company I need to invest 60'000$ in hardware and started simply with a Synology 920+ and 4 WD Red Plus 12 TB drives. All in all 2500 $, but a great product. I usually buy these at another supplier, but now wanted to give Shopping Express a try. Tagged for 32'000 other products on their website. Should have read the reviews here first.

Is there any possibility of any connection, association, affiliation, or common antecedents between Shopping Express and a company called Shoppingsquare?
They appear to operate from the same general area of Sydney, close to the same suburb it seems?
They have similar selling formats, sell the same type of goods, advertise goods "in stock" when the goods are "not in stock". Both engage in heavy "spam" type advertising, and certainly appear to treat customers in the same way.
I am not suggesting that they have any real connection, but because of the unfortunate similarities in location and operating methods, I am just asking if any one has any evidence to suggest that a connection is a possibility.
It would be an unfortunate coincidence if we have two separate, unrelated, on line organisations, marketing the same type of goods and who have evolved at the same time and place, and with the same or very similar attitudes to advertising, delivery and customer support.
