Zero after care/ service. Stay away.
Three week, 15 odd email, still no reply, not even an automatic response. Zero after care. Do not waste your time with these jokers. Their service is truly non existent. The small saving isn't with the issues you will face.
I bought with 30 day money back guarantee, and ended up needing to swap a item, but they don't reply....at all!
Non response to emails or items sent out
Ordered on Monday 29-11-21 was told would be dispatched Thursday at the latest as an item listed in stock was not available but other items would be sent. These were not dispatched as promised. Emailed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday. No response to any emails.

Have used them many times before no issue.
Had a purchase the other day cancelled straight after ordering with the reason that my card failed their risk check or their CC merchant's Secure 3d check (Stripe).
This is a card I've used many times with them before, at the same delivery address - so it can't be Shopping Express' risk check.
I called my credit card provider. They investigated and told me my card passes the Secure 3d check.
Shopping Express advised me to use PayPal or Bank Deposit instead. Upon going to repurchase a mere 3 hours after I originally purchased, the price had gone up by $100.
No after sale support Don't buy from Shopping Express
Brought a printer on 21/9/2021 which was delivered 22/9/2021 and the printer would not work. Contacted the support email address with no clear answer to my problem and many emails later still no answer to my question on the printer.. I would never buy from this company again as they very unreliable
and don't respond to any emails and unable to telephone them only voice mail still

Returned the item, no refund after weeks
I purchased an open-box monitor and returned it. The refund never arrived, the Customer Service was dragging on with all sorts of excuses, and eventually stop responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT.
Bad Taste - Laptop purchase no delivery since 22nd August 2021
Disappointed to say the least. Purchased a laptop on 22nd August, paid for shipping and insurance. To date no delivery. SE no longer answering calls. Sent 7 emails to [Name Removed], no reply and no refund. May have to go to Department of Fair Trading. Clearly a bad taste
Placed Order over a week ago, no updates since
Emailed support to confirm item in stock, response received within hours to confirm availability. I placed the order and checked out. This was over a week ago and I still haven't had an update since. I literally work across the road from their address listed online. Would have expected a dispatch by now or an update at the least. I've tried contacting support on 3 other occasions..
It's very bad experience with SHopping Express
I made 2 different orders of graphic cards and fully paid. They canceled both of them without notifying me. I contacted them and Shopping Express said that they canceled my orders because they cannot get the supply from the distributor. This does not make sense, because they still sell that particular graphic card at higher price up to a few days after my order was canceled.
It's a very bad experience with Shopping Express.
Would be 5/5 if they can only get there delivery service better using australia post is a shambles.

Ive purhcased about 7 times from them but wont any longer due to 7-14 days delivery on average. Couriers please even sendle are 10 times beter that the arrangement SE has with AP

I have asked S.E. to contact me directly as Ive spent well over $15,000 on their website. Multiple CPU's, GTX 2080Super, 3070 Master, AORUS Motherboards, 1TB 2TB SSDs both M.2 and SATA - you name it I have purchased. I have asked that they call me MULTIPLE TIMES and I highlight this in LARGE TRED CAPITAL Letters.

Covid has been around since March 2020, that's 1.5 years and other companies are open and have staff like MSY for one, CX another. Why can't they call ? I find it very frustrating when I have technical questions to ask and want an answer immediately.

No order updates and no stock
Bought a monitor on their website. After a week I didn’t receive any updates, so I had to contact them by email. They said that they didn’t have stock anymore and they applied a refund.
It’s annoying that I had to contact them and ask. They should have proactively contact me to set my expectations early.
Ignores good customers, no vision
For my new company I need to invest 60'000$ in hardware and started simply with a Synology 920+ and 4 WD Red Plus 12 TB drives. All in all 2500 $, but a great product. I usually buy these at another supplier, but now wanted to give Shopping Express a try. Tagged for 32'000 other products on their website. Should have read the reviews here first.

Failure to provide promised refund
Returned a product to them. They said they'd check it out and if truly faulty would refund the product cost and postage. Took a long while to get product refund, and then over a month for them to respond on the postage cost refund. They said ok, and that the refund was booked to be processed. But over a week later, it's still not through and again they're not responding to emails. NEVER do business with this mob again.
Over a week before shipped, brand new (?) Hard drive failed within 3 months. Only went with them because it was cheaper

James, We are still waiting for our desktops we paid for last week?!. We promised delivery Yesterday/Monday 06/07/2020 and you have not responded to phone calls or emails.

How did you go on with this SWCT ? I also have nasty experience with this bot called James. At least the email look like coming from a bot, not a person.
Is there any possibility of any connection, association, affiliation, or common antecedents between Shopping Express and a company called Shoppingsquare?
They appear to operate from the same general area of Sydney, close to the same suburb it seems?
They have similar selling formats, sell the same type of goods, advertise goods "in stock" when the goods are "not in stock". Both engage in heavy "spam" type advertising, and certainly appear to treat customers in the same way.
I am not suggesting that they have any real connection, but because of the unfortunate similarities in location and operating methods, I am just asking if any one has any evidence to suggest that a connection is a possibility.
It would be an unfortunate coincidence if we have two separate, unrelated, on line organisations, marketing the same type of goods and who have evolved at the same time and place, and with the same or very similar attitudes to advertising, delivery and customer support.
Don't know about Shopping Square but I have been to Shopping Express premises in Botany Road, Alexandria concerning a non delivery and they are associated with KS Computers at Auburn, Sydney, NSW. I was given the goods by Shopping Express but the invoice said "KS Computers". Recently I ordered some SD cards from KS Computers, and received delivery notification from "Shallothead" and the goods were delivered by Shopping Express. I have bought several items from both companies without any problems.
Interesting that these clowns are associated with KS computers. I ordered a hard drive from KS, thinking that it was in stock. What they actually meant was, it was in stock with their suppliers. Once the suppliers delivered it to them, they would deliver it to me. It toik a lot longer that I had hoped. Both companies are on my naughty list now.
