Awful Customer Service
Received my order and most parts were in perfect condition except for 1. It wasn't working and would be considered Dead on Arrival. Emailed them, they responded once asking for the serial number on the faulty product and now they have not responded in days, even after multiple emails requesting an update. Their phones aren't being manned either due to COVID, so just pray you don't need to communicate with their customer service team.
Poor communication, inability to cancel an order without hassle
I ordered a pc part via the ebay linked provider futu online. I realised within 5 minutes I had ordered the wrong variation and I sent a cancellation request, which was not responded to until after the item had been sent. I was told to decline on delivery. As a result, I declined to accept the item on delivery, which was then returned to the dispatch address. However, now I am told they cannot find the item, and never received it. Australia post records clearly show it has been delivered. If you need to return stuff, good luck.
About 2 months ago I was searching everywhere online for a new Gaming Laptop. Didn't really think I could afford anything decent at the time, but to my happy surprise ShoppingEx had the Asus TUF gaming range @the best price Anywhere online (I procrastinated for weeks researching btw) Anyway I ordered with part Zip-Pay & part debit card to make up the difference, another great service. Got my new laptop with-in 10 days (amazing) & it was Perfect! Not one problem & it was exactly what I wanted & needed. Great system- Ryzen7 16gb gtx1650 model bt...w. I cannot fault them so will be ordering a new monitor from them this weekend and will review the outcome ;p Only 1 thing stops this being 5star...I didn't receive the ASUS laptop carry backpack that is supposed to come in the box, was looking forward to that. The Customer is Always Wrong
What started as a good purchase turned bad. I purchased a laptop, and the bonus was a USB security key.
I advised them I had received the laptop, but not the key. I searched the box 3-4 times, my wife verified the key was not present.
They then said a stocktake showed that it was sent.
So who is right ? I certainly don't have the item, which was supposedly in the box.
As it was a bonus, I am not particularly concerned, however, it does make me feel that if this had been a major and very expensive item, where would I stand.

Huh, my return was alright
At the risk of sounding like I was paid to write this, my refund went without a hitch. Got a DOA motherboard, sent an email off about getting a refund and was responded to same day. Sent some more info and a pic, got a return label, off it went. Refund about 12 days later. Maybe I was lucky, I don't know.
Terrible customer support!
So i ordered 6 computer parts and i paid for auspost shipping i got fastway somehow
my ram i ordered was out of stock do they delayed the dispatch by 1 WEEK! without warning me
they only told me when i contacted them.
However i did get all my parts in working condition and i didn't pay much for the parts as well! cheap parts
Good range, prices, products, shipping costs
I've purchased all sorts of things from Shopping Express-- going back to 2014. Each item arrived in decent time, intact, with reasonable shipping charges. Many items have free shipping- so hard to beat that one. Unlike some others posting here, I always got notification when the item shipped. Never have had any issues at all.
Unorganized and unprofessional
After spending $500 on their website and various amounts of other websites, this one in particular didn’t send any email notification about my order and what state it was in. I then emailed them about the issue asking for details about my order and they didn’t respond so I decided to call them only to find out that one of the sellers was on vacation, which I am fine with but at least they should email me about the current state. Prices are good but lack in notifying
Ordered an almost complete system built around a specific Vega 56 card. Emailed them after a few days to check on the order and they said they were waiting on just the case. After a few more days of waiting, I called and found out the Vega wasn't in stock and they don't know when they'll get more stock from the supplier. They did offer another Vega 56 they had in stock (which is inferior and with a blower) so I cancelled the whole order.
Not great at all in updating me, wasted more than a week.
Good Price and Product BUT!!
The product and price were great; however, after the abysmal service from their FASTWAY courier - 8 days delay from consignment in Sydney to attempted delivery in Canberra - I would buy elsewhere in future.

Searched around for what I wanted to buy, and Shopping Express had the best price, by a small margin. If I had known at the time that they'd be using Fastway as their courier, I would have shopped elsewhere. Doesn't matter how good the company itself is, or how good their prices are, your package won't come on time, and may never come again due to the courier company Shopping Express uses.
I'm still waiting on something I ordered 9 days ago (Sydney to Brisbane). Took 5 days to ship, and has been lost now with the courier for 3 days.
The m...arginal savings aren't really worth the risk, from what I can see right now. After reading other reviews, I'm nervous that I'll either never see the products I ordered, or that they'll come broken. Update: Was able to get through to the head office (after failing completely dealing with the courier directly). They escalated the issue, and it was resolved within 24 hours. Total of 13 days to receive goods, and goods were as advertised, as previously stated a slightly better price than competitors. It is possible to elect to ship through Australian Post, thus avoiding issues with the courier service.
Just Read My Review
I waited a week until having to contact Shopping Express myself to find that even though they had committed to an order, they were unable to deliver. By calling their number, I spoke with a girl who always had to ask someone else something on all questions asked by myself. Shopping Express needs a new person on the end of the phone to handle customer service and to be able to manage orders better. Emails also took a phone call or two to be able to get a response. A total of 2 weeks had passed and I decided to purchase the model up and EVGA 1080...ti Black edition for $1180 initial price ($1189) and was offered a discount of a whole $9. My initial purchase $850 + $9 shipping. They offered a $9 discount which only covered shipping which in theory I had already paid in my first order so thus, no discount for the time they have wasted. Once the order for the 1080 ti was through, the postal service was great and there tracking was on point. The EVGA card, once I got it, is absolutely exceptional and performance is great. I'm sure that if you order a product and its shipped that day or next, I would recommend Shopping Express. If you have to deal with the Customer Service, get a refund.
Fast delivery, initially was sceptical because of other reviews
Bought PC parts worth $900 from Shopping Express, sent it within 3 days but that's due to Anzac Day happening in that period. They did use Fastway and arrived the day after (I live 3 hours from Sydney) but no one was home so they took it back to their Newcastle warehouse (don't know why they wouldn't drop it at the local post office). Luckily they have a redeliver service and got it on Monday. Shopping express is cheap and their delivery service is fast if you live somewhat near Sydney, let's see how they hold up if I have to return a product or something.
I'd have to include that the pc case box had a bit of damage in it but the case itself was fine. Although both boxes were placed on the side of the front door carefully.

James, We are still waiting for our desktops we paid for last week?!. We promised delivery Yesterday/Monday 06/07/2020 and you have not responded to phone calls or emails.

How did you go on with this SWCT ? I also have nasty experience with this bot called James. At least the email look like coming from a bot, not a person.
Is there any possibility of any connection, association, affiliation, or common antecedents between Shopping Express and a company called Shoppingsquare?
They appear to operate from the same general area of Sydney, close to the same suburb it seems?
They have similar selling formats, sell the same type of goods, advertise goods "in stock" when the goods are "not in stock". Both engage in heavy "spam" type advertising, and certainly appear to treat customers in the same way.
I am not suggesting that they have any real connection, but because of the unfortunate similarities in location and operating methods, I am just asking if any one has any evidence to suggest that a connection is a possibility.
It would be an unfortunate coincidence if we have two separate, unrelated, on line organisations, marketing the same type of goods and who have evolved at the same time and place, and with the same or very similar attitudes to advertising, delivery and customer support.
Don't know about Shopping Square but I have been to Shopping Express premises in Botany Road, Alexandria concerning a non delivery and they are associated with KS Computers at Auburn, Sydney, NSW. I was given the goods by Shopping Express but the invoice said "KS Computers". Recently I ordered some SD cards from KS Computers, and received delivery notification from "Shallothead" and the goods were delivered by Shopping Express. I have bought several items from both companies without any problems.
Interesting that these clowns are associated with KS computers. I ordered a hard drive from KS, thinking that it was in stock. What they actually meant was, it was in stock with their suppliers. Once the suppliers delivered it to them, they would deliver it to me. It toik a lot longer that I had hoped. Both companies are on my naughty list now.
1 - why wont you respond to my emails, calls, posts? (This is not good enough when you sold me a product which does not work)
2 - why would you treat a customer like this?
I sent many emails daily and got respectful responses next day or by 48 hours over the weekends. Why a business should ignore a customer message? Did not happened to me before.
