I just wanted to cancel my order...
20 minutes after i ordered a cpu from the site i realised i didnt need the part and went to cancel the order (this was on a Saturday). 2 days later they get back to me asking "am i sure" and then i get an email saying it has been posted that afternoon (the following Monday).
So i asked them to redirect the postage so that we dont waste time and i can refund the order, they say i have to contact aus post to redirect, so i did, Australia post said to me the person who sent the item can only re direct. I let them know they were wrong and that they...
Went better than expected
I read a few mixed review, but my own experience was good. Got some good deals on a PSU, GPU, and SSD, which arrived on time and in good condition.

Their product offered a free game with purchase of their product, after emailing them they were unable to provide the promised redeemed product as they say it is a redemption with a third party. After liasing with both companies they managed to provide me a redemption of the completely wrong (unwanted) product. Annoyed with the month of correspondence email I have requested a refund instead, but they claim my refund is based only of a change of mind so I am not entitled to the full amount refunded and I would have to pay for my own postage.
I ...don't doubt there have been some issues with the third party site not living up to their promises however the only reason I bought their Galax Geforce 2060 was for the promotion Shopping Express advertised for a free game download. If you advertise it as part of a deal and do not honor the product I feel cheated, I understand some companies make mistakes but to be completely unempathetic and reject the claims for a full refund or also ask for postage after having made very expensive purchases seems completely unethical.
Very rude customer service including after sales and warranty
Praying for not having any kind of issue after purchasing from them or your nightmare would start. I don't really want to repeat how friendy or rude their staff is, Just remeber there would be a reason that they have such a low price
Delivered Broken ASUS Vivobook Laptop X509JA-EJ159R
Purchased the brand new Asus Vivobook X509A-E159R. Opened the unit and was unable to use as screen was showing random picture. Contacted the team and nightmare getting them response from them. Someone got back to me [name removed] from support and I provided all the details requested but having so much difficulty getting them either give me refund or replace the unit. I am lost what are my options to get them to do the fair thing. One unhappy & sad shoppingexpress buyer

ASUS UX463 Purchase
I Purchased my ASUS from Shopping Express via eBay. The unit was delivered within 2 days. Great laptop. Easy to use and sturdy casing. I really enjoy using this for work.
Very poor after sales service
Shipped an item that was dead on arrival and now two weeks later have not shipped a replacement. Have had multiple emails asking them to send the ROA and took a long time to even get that.
Fast safe delivery - exceeded my expectations!
I was sceptical about Shopping Express because they were cheap and I hadn't heard of them before, but they delivered my laptop safe and sound, and 2 days earlier than the expected date

Purchased an ASUS ZenBook laptop which carried a $200 cash back offer. This was a critical component of the decision to purchase.
Told to wait a week or two for the calim information to be provided.
Followed up via e mail with Shopping Express within two weeks - no response.
Followed up again and was told the promotion had finished - and now nobody wants to know.
Trust is a critical part of any decision to purchase online - and my trust in Shopping Express has been destroyed.
A warning to all potential and current customers of Shopping Express.
I would happily shop with them again.
Shopping Express had the cheapest price for the Asus Zenbook I wanted. The transaction was simple and delivery was very fast.
I’m very happy with this company and also happy with my Zenbook. Asus had a promotion running at my time of purchase for a $100 e-gift card redemption, which was an added bonus.

Terrible and can't go back
Been waiting over 3 weeks since paying for my purchase. Now I check up on the order and it has been cancelled with no email, no contact, no refund. This is not good. Now I've started searching for reviews and see this company is notorious.

I found Shopping Express provided the best price for the purchase of my Asus Zenbook laptop. The online order process was straight-forward. The purchase was delivered safely and in a reasonable time .
Great prices and safe shipping
Ordered my CPU and GPU from here due to their great prices and had no issues. Shipping was prompt. A bargain option for PC parts, but I haven’t had to deal with them re warranty so have no insight there.
I purchased two 12TB hard drives through Shopping Express as they had advertised a free SSD if you purchased two hard drives between certain dates. I received my hard drives, however, they had post dated the invoice making me ineligible for the free SSD. Numerous emails and even sent them a copy of my bank statement showing the date of purchase but they refuse to supply what they advertised. I will never deal with them again.

The Customer is Always Wrong
What started as a good purchase turned bad. I purchased a laptop, and the bonus was a USB security key.
I advised them I had received the laptop, but not the key. I searched the box 3-4 times, my wife verified the key was not present.
They then said a stocktake showed that it was sent.
So who is right ? I certainly don't have the item, which was supposedly in the box.
As it was a bonus, I am not particularly concerned, however, it does make me feel that if this had been a major and very expensive item, where would I stand.

Atrocious Customer Service
While ordering all my products went smoothly, upon requesting a refund on a faulty item, I experienced absolutely atrocious customer service from the Sales Manager. The sales manager refuted to deliver a product by a certain deadline (despite being told otherwise several hours before). Upon raising the point with the sales manager, he decided to not give me a discounted price on the item, charging me more than necessary. Just to clarify, the sales manager raised the price of an item out of anger with me as opposed to out of any business reasons.... Upon requesting to speak to another team member, I was rudely hung up on. I feel cheated by Shopping Express as I had no choice but to purchase the item at the increased price as I was misled to believe that I could get the item before a certain deadline. While the rest of my experience with the business has been pleasant, this experience with the sales manager alone has turned me away from the company indefinitely.
Worst place to ever go shopping online for Computer parts
Guys, Spoiler Alert on shoppingexpress.com.au. One of the worst online shopping stores for Computer spares i have worked with. I have had an SSD fail on my SkullNUC - which is under warranty. They keep passing the buck around between reps and never provide a response. Send them emails on firstname.lastname@example.org and they claim they never receive our emails. Ask to escalate and they have no other email - just one email which is email@example.com
Absolute disaster working with these guys. I would not recommend them and would advice anyone shopping online for computer or gaming parts to stay clear/away from these guys.

watch out you do not get stung this guy trades under many titles. purchased APC UPS from him have the bank receipt he says no no money so no goods.
Parts shipped the day after, parts arrived earlier than expected. I had to ask customer support for some AMD codes. The store has competitive prices, would buy from here again.

All this are same company operating as different entity. I have purchased a laptop through shopping express ebay store, which was advertise as touch screen, but when i got the product i wasn't. when i asked them to replace the unit with as advertise they said we will only refund as this was incorrect advertising. then i purchased from another seller on ebay (Kai Seng Computer Solution) and when i got the laptop from them it was the exact same (even serial number same) laptop which I...got from Shopping express. when i called them up the customer service person was acting so arrogant and not even accepting their mistake, they way he spoke was this what it is and thats your fault to have purchased with us. also refund was still pending for previous purchase which was returned 2 weeks back. now i have paid almost 3k to this guys and not getting the product which they have advertised and i have paid for twice.

How did you go on with this SWCT ? I also have nasty experience with this bot called James. At least the email look like coming from a bot, not a person.
Is there any possibility of any connection, association, affiliation, or common antecedents between Shopping Express and a company called Shoppingsquare?
They appear to operate from the same general area of Sydney, close to the same suburb it seems?
They have similar selling formats, sell the same type of goods, advertise goods "in stock" when the goods are "not in stock". Both engage in heavy "spam" type advertising, and certainly appear to treat customers in the same way.
I am not suggesting that they have any real connection, but because of the unfortunate similarities in location and operating methods, I am just asking if any one has any evidence to suggest that a connection is a possibility.
It would be an unfortunate coincidence if we have two separate, unrelated, on line organisations, marketing the same type of goods and who have evolved at the same time and place, and with the same or very similar attitudes to advertising, delivery and customer support.
Don't know about Shopping Square but I have been to Shopping Express premises in Botany Road, Alexandria concerning a non delivery and they are associated with KS Computers at Auburn, Sydney, NSW. I was given the goods by Shopping Express but the invoice said "KS Computers". Recently I ordered some SD cards from KS Computers, and received delivery notification from "Shallothead" and the goods were delivered by Shopping Express. I have bought several items from both companies without any problems.
Interesting that these clowns are associated with KS computers. I ordered a hard drive from KS, thinking that it was in stock. What they actually meant was, it was in stock with their suppliers. Once the suppliers delivered it to them, they would deliver it to me. It toik a lot longer that I had hoped. Both companies are on my naughty list now.
1 - why wont you respond to my emails, calls, posts? (This is not good enough when you sold me a product which does not work)
2 - why would you treat a customer like this?
I sent many emails daily and got respectful responses next day or by 48 hours over the weekends. Why a business should ignore a customer message? Did not happened to me before.
