SIEMENS after sale service - absolutely terrible.
Forget it if you want your Siemens appliance serviced.
I have a Siemens washing machine that needed a new door seal. After speaking to the Siemens service department 3 times and then 2 service agents I still do not have the washing machine fixed. I was initially told the part was in stock and then I was told it was not in stock and 3 weeks later I am still waiting and have nothing but a leaking washing machine. I would NEVER buy a Siemens appliance again. The service is so bad it is better to buy a cheap appliance and then throw it away ...

Siemens after-sales service doesn't exist!
I bought a Siemens induction cooktop 18 months ago. It has now stopped working - I can't switch it on. I have been calling Siemens after sales service for four days now and have spent several hours each day on hold because "they re experiencing high call volume"! They also offer a call back service which they say retains your place in the queue. Four days later I am still waiting for a call back!!! I have also tried calling their head office who have told me it just pot-luck as to whether you can gt though to their customer service! The h...

I have no idea how to get my cooktop (which is still under warranty) repaired if the customer service desk is impossible to reach. Anyone considering purchasing any siemens product should seriously reconsider their choice. If you have any problems you have little prospect of getting them fixed.
