So I bought the Firm Bellagio, Mattress it’s is like sleeping on concrete. I ordered the medium as my partner refused a firm mattress so we met half in the middle and I ordered medium with Lynn at forty winks but I received firm and had to double check the receipt. So not sure what happened with the sale maybe missed our communications when laying on beds and my partner and I discussing the firmness I’m not sure?. Read morejob I do so I want a firm bed to support my spine and have had firm mattress in the past, before my current partner. but this mattress is something else, It felt like a horse had kicked me so hard in the lower and mid range of my back and the pillow I got at forty winks was made for that bed from the sleep machine they have. I’ve been sleeping on the pillow for months no problems on my old mattress as soon as I put the pillow of the concrete slab it like matches the hardness of the mattress. I need to change mattress because I shouldn’t be screaming and crying in pain. I don’t want anything to do with Bellagio, Mattresses because even others are saying the medium is like concrete, and plush sags. Like we pay 3k for this mattress we should be sleeping on cloud nine. I don’t want to sleep on this bed for 30 days to try break in or get use to the mattress, I was going to give it a week but I just can’t! not with the pain I’m getting. I had to sleep on our old bed in the guest room with a heat pack on my back from the Bellagio, Mattress. Fourth night of loss of sleep! ( by the way I’m on annual leave and have been since I received this mattress so my pain is not caused from lifting at work it’s the mattress)Purchased in September 2021 at Forty Winks QLD.
