I haven’t find benefits in recovering my nipples and they were leaving circle mark around areola causing discomfort so I stopped using them pretty quickly. For this reason I can’t say if they would have done the job in a longer term

Read morended to be worn in between feeds to gain the benefits for longer duration. The cups has helped many breastfeeding mothers around the world to repair and heal the damaged skin from breastfeeding, in some limited cases some will need to seek professional advice which I always recommend.
