The machine failed after just 2 months - I could not contact the service people – I bought this Simpson washer because the previous one worked well for over ten years. The spin function on my new Simpson machine stopped working after just 2 months of (normal) use. The really disappointing thing is that I could not get a response from the service people - I sent an online request, left a call-back request on the 13 number and listened to over an hour of "we value your call" before the system cut me off. Talk about frustrating!!!

The washer got fixed by a polite & fast technician after 9 days of waiting (he came at the arranged time). Barry F
