The outgoing flight had all passengers getting off the plane at Munich with all their hand luggage. This proved very difficult and inconvenient for people with small children. The return journey was hampered at Munich by plane having to be de-iced before take off. After such a long journey this was the last thing we needed. I could not recommend the Manchester to Perth flight with Singapore Airlines.

Having booked business class and paid $9,000 for a return flight to Europe from Sydney I was shocked to experience a very old cabin design and a very sub standard business class all the way back to Sydney from Istanbul. I am a frequent international traveller and this was the worst business class I have experinced for a very long time. If you choose to travel with Singapore ensure you check what aircraft your traveling on and cabin lay out. I won't be travelling with Singapore again.
