Got wrong items after a long time wait!
It took them much more than their expected delivery time to deliver my package and when I got the parcel I realised they sent me wrong items!! plus, they havent even put the proof of purchase/receipts into the package!
Ive already emailed them about their mistake, waiting to see what they have to say!

I still haven’t received my Black Friday ‘s order! I haven’t received my refund! Here is my tracking number LX627266082US. In USPS it shows delivered on 18 December 2018, but on Australia post it shows returning to sender because they put wrong address! It’s almost 2 months! They just keep my money and doing nothing! They are scams！！！I will keep updated！

I want my money back
I used to buy all the products for my face, hair, make up from SkinStore. That was 4 years ago. I bet you not one of the 'happy' customers had to return a product. It happened to me twice now.
1) 4 years ago, I returned 'TanTowel' product x 3 and got credited only for one. They all came in the same box, so if one got delivered then the others got delivered too. It took me three months, three months of calling emailing, I even spoke to people who promised me to call back. Never did. So, I had to call over and over…. Never got anywhere. Gave ...
Read moreup. Thought it was not worth my stress and time after 3 months. The towels were on special, so the returned product cost me $45. Years later, I was hoping things have changed, and a month ago i gave this store another chance. 2) Full me once shame on you, but this is a second time. OK, I should have known. I will never buy anything from this store ever again. Though, I will do everything possible to give this store a bad name. I have been trying now for a week to contact SOMEBODY.
