Sleep Republic King Single Mattress
This mattress on a box is by far the most comfortable I've ever found as an adult who sometimes has to lie in bed next to my kids. The amount of pocket springs provides absolute comfort. I didn't know mattresses in a box could be better than ones from a bedding retail store.

This mattress is so comfortable I feel like better sleep than my old mattress. I like how there's the edge of the mattress because I tend to roll a lot when I sleep so you don't feel like you will fall off the bed. It does take a few days for it to expand but once it does it's fantastic! Was on the fence about buying it but it was totally worth it

I have lived with this mattress for the last five months and I must say overall its very good. If you want to feel what its firmness like go to Harvey Norman and lie on a medium-firm king koil with an RRP of $3-$4k. Those mattresses were on sale at the time and I was about to buy one, up until I looked at customer feedback for them and I became apprehensive. Read morese, my only gripe with it is it's very heavy (presumably due to the amount of springs inside). It's also over 30cm high, meaning some of your sheets may not fit as they did with your old mattress. The mattress feel is difficult to describe it's different to the dozens of mattresses I've lied on and is far more comfortable and supportive than the Koala I lied on at my friends house. The Sleep Republic mattress is initially soft then it becomes firm. It holds you in place and has eradicated my back and neck pain of my old mattress. It does have a medium-firm to firm feel however that's the price you pay with any mattress when you want support. There is no sagging in the mattress and is has retained its shape, it looks the same as it did when it expanded for the first time out of the box. The only fault I can see is that if you're a hot sleeper the topper of the mattress makes you hot. However, that's really what happens when you have so much insulation beneath you and will make no difference to whatever mattress you buy. Overall, there's really nothing wrong with it, if you're struggling to make a decision on what mattress to buy, just get this one.Purchased in December 2020.
