Still love getting in to bed after 2.5 years.
We purchased this mattress ONLY because we could purchase though Zipmoney with 6 months interest free. And I'm glad we did. It is the perfect medium feel for myself and my husband. I felt at the time of purchase that it felt as good as (or better than) mattresses that were more than double its price. My only criticism (And why I give it 4 stars after 2.5 years) is that the top laters have slightly flattened out over that time (There is no sagging though.) and I do still recommend it to people.
Purchased in March 2017 for A$1,399.00.

Very good so far.
Ordered this mattress on a Wednesday and it arrived the following day.
Needed help to unpack and put on bed.
Had for three weeks now and am extremely pleased and surprised.
Sleep well at night and really didn't realise how bad my last mattress was!
Don't have any aches or pains now, which I thought were a normal ageing thing.
Purchased in August 2018 for A$1,000.00.

Excellent mattress from Sleep Republic
Had waited 1.5 years before writing this review just to be sure to be sure. Had tried other memory foam mattress such as Koala and Lazybed, they don't suit me or my wife.This one is different as it offer pocket springs, so it feels totally different, it offers the support needed for our backbones, yet not too soft to sink in like those foam mattresses. No backache, no sore backs. It is just one excellent mattress. My wife still find it too soft for her comfort (- 1 star), however she still sleep through alright, maybe she is just being picky.

Used for a year now
We have been pretty happy with our sleep republic king size mattress and been using it for around a year. It is so comfortable to lie on - much nicer than our old mattress. The mattress was delivered very quickly (though box was beaten up and it literally had to be dragged around it was so heavy). The price was great for the quality that you receive.
The only issues that I have that make it less than 5 stars for me:

a normal spring mattress. And the second issue is how hot the bed can get. I have never used memory foam or similar materials and was surprised at how hot the bed can get through the night. I think after a year of sleeping in it, I have grown accustomed to it and am used to overheating but it was not pleasant for a few months there - I would wake up sweating. Defective handle
Mattress literally just arrived. Once the handle goes, you're going to have trouble. The handle broke from the box before I even got it in the front door. The box looks rather beaten up and the handle installation seems quite vulnerable, as it relies on the integrity of the cardboard encasing the mattress to retain the plywood panel to which the handle is attached. mpossible. Being a king mattress it was certainly heavy. After five nights on the mattress, we're impressed. I should first mention that we have used a topper for several years on the previous mattress - a firm mattress - and continue to use a topper on the Sleep Republic mattress. (We have not tried the SR mattress without a topper.) The previous mattress was so firm that we derived little benefit from the topper (which is why the mattress has been replaced). The combination of topper and SR mattress is excellent. We feel well supported and VERY comfortable. I used to frequently wake with sore hips and shoulders, but so far I am pain free. Good by heavy
The company was a delight to deal with . Ordering was simple and the mattress was delivered quickly with good communication- they send you a letter before with instructions before the mattress arrives . Set up was easy and I was very surprised at how solid this mattress is given that it comes rolled into a box . You would never believe it if you hadn't seen it in the box . pring mattress in my daughter's room . This makes it very hard to change the sheets as we have to lift the mattress to do this because of the bed position. It is too heavy for wife to lift one side up onto its edge . Even I struggle a bit and I'm pretty fit . I definitely would not recommend for an elderly purchaser , and the larger mattresses must be really heavy . Overall I am happy but will look carefully at weights before replacing my queen .1 comment

Great mattress but didn't suit us
We bought a sleep republic mattress after reading all the reviews. It is a great mattress and you can tell it's very fancy, and I thought it was very comfy but my husband found it too soft. He flipped it over and found it more comfortable on the other side, although the back side was so hard and not meant for sleeping on it. So the mattress didn't work out for us having one side too soft (for my husband) and the other too hard (for me). So we emailed the company to return it and their support was second to none. Quick and very easy return, the Salvos came to pick it up and the refund was issued to us within an hour of pickup.

Mattress a bit firm fo me but the company great!
Unfortunately this mattress was too firm for me as I am very light. However the after sales service was great, they had the mattress picked up as discussed and the refund was given straight away after. The product is great.

Fantastic mattress, excellent customer service despite hick-ups
After 10 years it was time to get a new mattress. After spending some time in stores, I started to look online for other shops. This is where I found Sleep Republic. What got me thinking is that it's probably true that you can't test a mattress in 5 minutes in a store. The 100 day return policy won me over. s mattress than with our old one. The mattress is quite high so it's a bit of a jump into bed now but that's due to the springs and all the other layers on top. In regards to the hick-up, I ordered the mattress about 2 weeks before we moved into our new home and I didn't know that they would send the mattress protector/sheets special plus the knife to cut the protective plastic layer around the mattress via express to the new home. When we got there 2 weeks later the package was nowhere to be found so we had to use a normal knife to cut the plastic and we didn't have the protector from day one. But Sean was very quick to respond to my query and willing to help out by sending me another mattress protector free of charge. So overall, mattress is fantastic and I'll certainly keep it beyond the 100 day return policy and customer service is excellent despite the issues with the mattress protector. Extremely helpful people and very comfortable bed
I have had my mattress a month and am really happy with it.
I had lots of questions which they patiently answered with the online chat thingy and emails. What convinced me in the end was the value and the very honest sounding explanation of why this bed is different and it has turned out to be true.
I was worried about it being hot like my last latex top but so far I am really happy this one is not at all. And it feels like it gives a lot of support but not too hard.
A friend helped get it open but it was really quite simple and it has been very comfortable from the first night no getting used to needed. I recommend it for really good value and a good sleep.

A pretty good mattress and very good value I think
Did a lot of research online and looked at a lot of new web stores selling mostly foam, not many seem to sell pocket springs but I had foam mattresses before and they seem to sag quite quickly.
They were responsive on my queries about the springs and I thought the idea of lots of smaller springs made sense and the price too compared to just a foam block at the same price convinced me.
