The bed frame is not grey. It is a dirty mint green colour. Sleeping duck refuses to acknowledge it being green and suggest lighting differences etc but anyone looking at it clearly sees it as green. I have the box and everything but it is built because we thought maybe put together it'd look grey, but it does not look like the picture on their website. Sleeping Duck said I can't refund (even though it is within 14 days) because it's been opened. Would not recommend.

Q Mattress and base was purchased by my In-laws...Base was to low they will not refund on the base because it was opened set up and the box was thrown out.So if you don't like mattress within 100days you will get money back on it but not on the base $949 lost...It should be a whole package deal...
So be aware of this ....
Buy your base elsewhere as long as it is flat it will be perfect.

This review is about the bed frame for those who might be considering buying it. It's overpriced compared to similar ones available and the supposed light grey colour has a strong green hue to it. It has a lot more green in it compared to their images on their website. As I compared it to similar light greys in my clothes, the green is very overwhelming. The colour would be better described not as light grey but more a green-grey.

You don't need their frame.
Just as long as the mattress sits on a flat base not a slat one....

I am extremely upset that the grey bed frame I received is actually green.. This seems to be a reaccuring issue with other consumers as well.. Why haven't you rectified this?

You are correct that our 100 night guarantee doesn't extend to our BedBase. This guarantee extends only to our mattress and other comfort items (such as our pillows, sheets and duvets)....
