It’s not just me look up other reviews and you will see that this company does not sell a quality product and worse part don’t even allow us a chance to talk to anyone to try resolve it, they wash there hands of every part of been a business once they have sold it to you.
[Content Removed] that I’ve come across that always sell bad cheap products then refuse to assist...in any way. Mattress was great for 6 months, then become compressed by Sinking down just under 3.5cm, no mention of this matter in any of their advertising. Needs to compress 5cm or more for warranty and then because it has been slept on warranty will be void as they claim it is wear and tear.

Worst mattress and customer service
I bought a Sleepy Panda mattress through Groupon. Within two months, the mattress had lost its shape with visible dents (and limited support) in the places where we sleep and the edges of the mattress has little structure. I contacted Sleepy Panda via their website to request a refund and after a couple of weeks, the finally called me back and told me that because I did not buy the mattress directly from them, they cannot help me at all and in particular, the 100 day return policy does not apply to me and that I should contact Groupon.

Buyer Beware, Sleepy Panda Mattress Is A Scam Website!
Spent over $1,000 on a king size mattress that never arrived. Been calling and emailing for over a month but I keep getting the run around that it's on it's way and they'll look into it. Every time I speak to someone I get a different story. They promised delivery on three different occasions in the past month which made me waste three of my annual leave days off work but the mattress never arrived. Absolutely ridiculous! Luckily my credit card provider was able to get my money back. I've also lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading & the ACCC to look into this illegal website.
Don’t fall for the free trial.
Bought this mattress to try and found the edges too soft. You can’t sit on the side of the bed without falling off. Wanted to return the mattress and was told I couldn’t because I used the discount code. I’ve been tricked and will be taking this further.

I cannot believe we spent $850 on what can only
be described as the worst mattress ever. It has given both my husband and myself severe back pains. We tried to get a refund within the trial period as advertised but surprise surprise they refused! The free trial is a complete lie. We’ll be reporting them to ACCC and fair trading.
Cheap uncomfortable mattress made from China
Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Way too soft and when you sit on the side of the bed you completely sink into it. Have sent 5 emails asking for a refund but no response. Reading the negative reviews here tells me they never intended to honour the free trial.

Where do I even begin! Firstly, I ordered the mattress on the 3rd of January and didn't receive it until the 16th of April. That's after months of follow up emails and phone calls where I was ignored most of the time. Only after threatening with a credit card chargeback did they respond and organised delivery.
When the mattress finally arrived, it came in a filthy box that left black stains on our carpet which we are still trying to get rid of! The mattress had yellow stains on it and stitches on the sides were coming out. In terms of comfor...t, it is extremely uncomfortable as it had zero support. I feel like I'm sinking into the mattress every time I sleep on it. I woke up with a really sore back the next morning but thought I'd ride it out and see if I'll get use to it but it just made my back worse over time. I tried to return the mattress and get a refund but they refused to honour the 100 night free trial. Instead, they had the nerve to bribe me with bedding accessories and luxury bed sheets so I would leave them a good review! This whole experience has been nothing but horrific. I now have to find some way to dispose of the rubbish mattress myself. I have no idea how this website is still in business. I'll be reporting them to the ACCC & filing a chargeback.

Thinking I would be able to return this mattress within the 100 days if I wasn’t completely happy, I bought this mattress with peace of mind. Turns out the mattress was crap, so I asked for it to be returned. I was told that they couldn’t honour the trial period because I had used the discount code. What a load of crap! Everyone who purchases these mattresses is using the discount code. They are trapping people. It’s wrong. And I’ll be submitting a chargeback with my credit card.

Avoid this company, not only is the mattress a cheap chinese knock off which you can get for 80% cheaper on ebay, but their 100 night guarantee is a complete scam because they don't honor it.
The biggest issue is that once we requested a refund as we were not happy with the mattress, they completely ignored us. There is no way to contact them and only when we decided to threaten legal action, they decided to reply by calling us 24 / 7 instead of replying to our email request. When they finally decided to reply via email, they said they will ...not honor the 100 night trial because we used a discount coupon and that it is too bad we didn't read their T&Cs. What a complete scam! After many weeks of trying to resolve this matter, we are left with a junk mattress in the garage and us sleeping on the couch until we can either get a refund from them or save up enough to buy another mattress. We are not made of money where we can keep buying $700 mattresses. Disgusting business, DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

Dishonest company with deceptive and misleading advertising
Avoid this website at all cost! We slept on the mattress for over a month and found it too soft and had no edge support so we decided to ask for a return & refund as per their "100 night free trial" offer. All they did was reply with a link to their terms and conditions page and didn't provide anymore information. According to their 'terms and conditions', the "100 night free trial" is only available to full paying customers so because we claimed a $300 discount code we were no longer eligible for the "100 night free trial". This is extremely d...eceptive and misleading as all their advertising material promote a discount and the "100 night free trial'. No where in their advertisements or on their website where the '100 night free trial' and discount codes is promoted has an asterisk * or reference to clearly state that terms and conditions apply. At no point in the online purchasing process were there any mentions of terms and conditions nor did I agree to any. All of this is illegal practice and I have taken screenshots and records of everything and will be reporting sleepypanda to the ACCC, NSW fair trading and the small claims court/tribunal. I am also in the process of disputing the transaction via paypal and would urge anyone else in the same situation to do the same. You can also lodge a chargeback with your credit card. Businesses like this need to be shut down. April 22nd 2018 Update: Do not buy this mattress This is a very cheaply made mattress from china which is already starting to lose it’s support and showing signs of sagging after only 2 months of sleeping on it. It’s too soft and has zero edge support which means you completely sink into the mattress when you sit on the edges, making it very uncomfortable getting in and out of bed. It also has a lot of partner disturbance as we’re constantly waking each other up whenever one of us moves. There were already a few stitches coming out of the mattress when we first got it. Worse of all the 100 night free trial is a complete lie as they’ve refused to honour it because we used one of their discount codes which they constantly promote to lure customers in and trick them.

Would NEVER buy from this company again
I tried to give a zero star rating but it is not an option. We bought our mattress in Feb with the 100 day promise and are still trying to get a refund from this company. As posted in other reviews they do not respond to phone calls emails or messages. They seem to think that if they ignore people for long enough then they will get tired of trying to contact them and go away. We have left our claim with our CC provider to fight for us. I will never deal with them again..

Purchased a sleepy panda mattress about 2 months ago. On the day of delivery, I noticed 10cm long cut in the thread, so I took a few photos and sent it to the customer care email straight away. As you can imagine it took nearly a month for them to get back to me, only to turn it around and blame me for the damage. I've tried ringing them and emailing them but no luck. Do not buy anything off these people! They have the worse service I've ever seen!!
Extremely Unprofessional, Uncomfortable and a Scam
I wouldn't even give Sleepy Panda a rating, however that isn't an option.
Purchased this mattress, slept on it for 2 weeks, found it extremely uncomfortable and rock hard.
Phoned and emailed Sleepy Panda multiple times, to only discover that they don't honor the '100 night risk free guarantee'. They avoid calls and emails to all measures. The mattress threading on the side was coming apart and the mattress was discoloured. We have had nothing but trouble dealing with Sleepy Panda and organising to have the mattress collected and our money refunded.

100 Night Trial is a Lie
We ordered this mattress because it stood out from many of the other 'in-a-box' mattresses, which looked too soft. The order was shipped quickly, but the box was absolutely mangled. We tried the mattress for a month, and both agreed that it wasn't working for us, so we decided to utilise the 100 night trial (you know, the "risk free" trial that allows for "seamless returns", advertised all over their website). Well I sent an email, then two, then contacted them via social media (where I could see they were reading my messages!), all no reply. I...tried to phone them, and got a message that their phone line was disconnected (!). A week later I called again, and got voicemail. Called the next day, and finally someone answered. Cool, now they could finally arrange the return, right? NOPE. They started telling me this mattress was valued at $10,000, and that they are sleep experts (still not sure how this was supposed to change my personal preferences). They then told me I had to try a mattress topper before I could return the mattress. I said no, and insisted they initiate the return. I was then told that because I bought the mattress through one of their own sales, "special" terms and conditions applied. None of this is listed on the terms and conditions on their website, which clearly stated I was entitled to a refund. Eventually I had to go through my CC provider to get my money back. These guys are scammers, don't even consider buying from them.

Hey mate. Happened to me as well, and after looking at reviews, heaps of others. I’ve emailed them plenty of times, pleading for any kind of assistance. The answer is always blunt and cold. No refund. Taking my complaint to small claims, as it’s like getting blood out of a rock with these guys. It’s unfair. What makes me angrier, is that in every response the make in this page, they repeat that they honour the trial period. Complete lies. Good luck with your complaint.

This is ridiculous. Jane in your office has all my details. I’ve been arguing with her for weeks, to no avail. Clearly you guys are just trying to redeem your online reputation somehow by copying and pasting the words ‘you honour all customer waranties’. Your customers aren’t complaining about the mattress warranty! They are complaining about your business not honouring the free trial period after using the discount code. It’s conflicting information within the advert and is just plain wrong. You are tricking your customers.
Here is a challenge for you. In your next response to my post, copy and paste this sentence. ‘We honour all our free trial periods, including customers who have used a discount code’
Been trying to get our money back for over a month now. They charged our credit card but we still haven't received the mattress. Have sent several emails with no responses and I've also spoken to them on the phone but they just say they'll look into it and get back to me which they never do. Does anyone know what I can do to get my money back? Wish we had read all the bad reviews here then we wouldn't of been scammed!

Has anyone had any success getting in contact with these fraudsters? They seem to only respond to bad reviews on here but never respond to their emails. Anyone considering buying a sleepy panda mattress need to stay far away from these scammers. They take your money and if you have any problems with the mattress they disappear off the face of the earth.

Are you kidding me? I've sent multiple emails to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for a refund but I've had zero response. Is this how you treat your customers when they want a refund within the 100 night free trial period? By ignoring them until the 100 nights is over so you don't have to honour it?
