Do not buy Worst mattress in Australia
The sleeply head rejuvenate plush is the worst mattress around. It sags and just hard cheap foam. Your will wake up sore from head to toe. They say sleep is the most important thing . You will not sleep well rested. You would think a mattress in this high price point from $2,000 and up would be comfortable. Look at the other reviews. Don’t make a huge mistake. Stay well clear of Bedrus . Misleading and poor service and not a honest company.
Cost us $2000 and too much sleep!
Purchased firm king size on sale. The mattress we received was nothing like it felt in store. We purchased this mattress for the advertised contouring and support: within six weeks I had bruising over both hips, we both woke frequently with numbness in our arms and hands, muscular chest pain, neck pain and headaches. We tried a topper and even rotated the mattress without success. We returned the mattress for assessment (at a cost) and received a report outlining it passed the full assessment with no issues identified. There is NO refund option.
During the assessment we slept much more comfortably in our swag. 3 months and counting without a comfortable bed.
Purchased in April 2020 at Beds R Us for $1,899.00.
Most uncomfortable sagging mattress ever.

Terrible product and terrible after sales
Poor quality, poor after sales services. 18 month old mattress that sags and offers no back support, I have struggled with it for 12 months and was advised to do a warranty claim which they responded it was “body impressions” prior to inspecting the mattress. It’s a auto response email they send as clearly they know this is an issue with their product.
When they took my mattress for inspection they conveniently damaged my foam section, didn’t tell me just tried to redeliver. When questioned tell me still nothing wrong with it. Logged warranty...

I have just gotten off the phone with a very rude Sleepyhead manager! After nearly 12 months of issues with faulty Sleepyhead mattresses we are fed up!
We purchased a mattress in 2012 and the mattress needed to be replaced this year after being repaired. The repaired mattress went on to have the EXACT same issue after it was repaired. Has anyone else got chronic tailbone pain from this mattress, bought a king size only 6 months ago and thought maybe our second hand bed frame was causing the problem, but after a few more months of having the mattress on the floor too make sure it was perfectly flat both my partner and i have the same problem with terrible tailbone pain. Its like the "zone" in the middle of the mattress offers no support at all.

Haha, I have the same problem since I got my mattress $1250 for a Sleepyhead best for rest. They wan't me to pay $150 in postage to see if there is anything wrong with the mattress. Lol. Just go to the department of fairtraiding.lol
