I Ordered & took delivery of a HDMI Switch. Unfortunately due to a manufacturer’s packaging issue, it was missing a cable to allow the remote to work BUT the switch is still operating- just have to press a push button to change HDMI inputs.
When I notified SMARTCASES, they gave me a full refund & thanked me for bringing this to their attention- no questions asked.
Got sent a case for my Samsung S22 but it was the wrong size. Far too big. I have messaged them asking for a refund. Have not received any reply from them. Wouldn't recommend using smart cases if you value your money

The screen protector was heavily damaged upon arrival, however I was contacted and refunded within a day of raising the issue.

Smart cases is very honest company they have integrity. I had a problem with a product the gave me a full refund.
We purchased a TV remote which was fair quality but faulty, however the quality matched the price. Seller was very quick to offer replacement or refund. Very good service
Terrible customer service
I ordered an iPad mini case with a bluetooth keyboard on the 26/12/20.
After 4 months of use, the keyboard suddenly stopped working.
I have sent 5 emails to the company asking for an exchange of the keyboard and have received no reply.
I will never buy from this company again.
Having worked in retail, this is terrible customer service.

After reading how so many people have had problems with this company i am worried now that i have ordered if it will turn up and be what i ordered, and there is no con5act for this company. All genuine companys have a contact phone number.
Unfortunately Jenny, to this day I never received a reply to my emails. I'm stuck with the products fearing that if I return them by mail, they will never send me anything back, It seems I have alread...y lost my money. I hope your experience with this company is a better one. I just don't understand why don't they care about their reputation.. very weird.

Hello Jenny, I have been sent the wrong case also and after contacting them via e-mail I was instructed to return it to them for a full refund as they apparently did not have the case I ordered.
