SMB Australia Car Transport

Quote was considerably cheaper than another one I received! Car was quickly picked up and arrived to the depot much earlier than anticipated… slight criticism, when I called to confirm its arrival I was told it would be delivered ahead of time however this wasn’t the case (was excited to receive) but it did arrive as scheduled. All staff were friendly and professional and highly recommend.

The car transport from Adelaide to Darwin took more than a month. I had to call a couple of times until they put the job as urgent to get it then. But decent service overall as car came in good condition.

Vehicle arrived in condition it left its destination, with nil defects or damage. Service however needs improvement, nil tracking information provided making it difficult to gauge exact delivery date or ETA.

Sent our car to our daughter who had recently returned to Australia to be a trainer at Howard Springs quarantine. From enquiry to booking to delivery the service was extremely professional and efficient.

I was the sender and receiver with my landcruiser being sent from Adelaide.
I mean they didn't give me a bunch of roses, but all personnel acquitted themselves professionally and properly.

Must say these guys are the best.
Delivered my car as promised within the set timelines. We travelled from Sydney to Perth using their services. They picked on time as promised too.

I use the services of SMB all the time when I need to transport my cars interstate. The staff are courteous and very friendly to deal with. They take great care when transporting my cars and have never had any issues. The cars always arrive at their destination within the time period specified. I highly recommended SMB and their fantastic staff for all your car transport needs.

Tracking info was conveyed as requested. Competitive price quoted. Vehicle arrived in good condition and recipient is very please with the service . I will use next time again without hesitation.

we were as stated happy with the Company in question.

I rang SMB to find out where my car was and they sorted out my problem which was great.
The car did arrive later than expected, however they sorted out my situation.

I sent a car from Alice Springs, it was my brand new Toyota Camry.

There was not even a scratch when I sent.

But when they deliver, huge broken plates on the bottom of car. Massive hit happened during transportation.

I reported it , following are the response.. but not at all acceptable service.

“ From our standard vehicle receiving procedures we are only required to complete vehicle surveys from approx. 1m away from the vehicle, SMB does not complete a survey of the underside of the vehicles. Our drivers stand up and complete the surve...

As I picked up my vehicle from the depot it had a dent and paint scratched off the boot. They clearly reversed into something and took no responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend this company

SMB took our Mazda from Sydney to Forbes. It was no trouble to change pickup time and help arrange storage at Forbes Toyota. Very flexible. We would use SMB again anytime.

Hilux to Brisbane went over vehicle and great service well informed and new owner was contacted and happy days.
Would recommend it future travels and friendly staff helping out in any way possible

Both times have been significantly cheaper than alternatives. Did arrive a couple of weeks later than the promised ETA. Vehicles have arrived in good condition, pickup and drop off were hassle free.
