Terrible Service
I had to transport my car from sydney to perth. I dropped off my car at their Sydney Depot on 8-Aug and was given a date of 29-Aug for arrival or before. After 1 week of dropping it and upon enquiring I was told that it will reach in Perth by 29-Aug. Then everytime I called they said it will be delivered by 29th Aug. Now when I started calling this week everyday they tell me it will leave today and I have been hearing this for last 5 days. Today on 29th Aug I called again was again told that it is leaving today. when it will leave atleast tell the truth, stop playing this game of today and today. The biggest mistake of my move from Syd to Perth was to book my car with SMB. 8th Aug drop off at sydney and 29th Aug still parked there in sydney, such horrible service. I had booked a rental car here in Perth but had to give it back today because it was getting out of my budget now. Great service and great guys, from Enfield car and commercial.
We use SMB Transport all the time, never had an issue, just good quality service, sent last car to Melbourne before to Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Alice and Sydney, highly recommend.

Very happy with service
Really happy with SMB. Transported my Subaru Forrester from Victoria to Perth. Was told it would take up to 20 business days and ended up arriving 1.5 weeks earlier! Very easy to contact for accurate and honest updates.

Just had my Prado delivered Melbourne to Perth no problems, l was in to minds after reading some unfair reviews, these Guys don’t deserve it, great job I don’t usually do reviews but they did everything as stated fine

Above and beyond
During a very stressful situation Richard from SMB bent over backwards to find a resolution. Even though the situation was not of his making and he had nothing to gain his help was made finding an answer so much easier. Highly recommend

No Stress and Lovely Service
I needed to get my car back to WA from Melbourne ASAP and was in a highly stressful, emotional position. SMB was AMAZING with their service! It was such a relief. I had tried all day on the Friday to get a quote from so many companies. Moving Cars was horrible with their service and delayed any communication the entire day and then went home for the weekend, they then were very rude and aggressive on the Monday with their reply. After the Moving Cars experience I am beyond grateful for this experience after a really rough 4 weeks previously.

MB had booked my car in and confirmed a drop off for the following day at the depot within 2 hours of enquiring! They had given me a realistic time frame of 16 business days. My car got to Perth from Melb in 2 weeks including the weekends. The price was cheaper, and my car arrived with no issues, no scratches, started perfectly and had no marks from tape or anything. The car was dirty from the dirt but I expected that and they had wiped the windows for me anyway as a small favour. The communication from the office workers and picking up and dropping off was so easy and carefree. SMB really helped in a time of need, they were up front about costs, they let me transport my car with belongings in the back for a cheaper price than Moving Cars and much better service, they were so friendly and as a girl in her early 20s it can be intimidating walking into a warehouse with men who may make me feel stupid. They didn't at all! The service was outstanding and they had relieved all stress I had experienced over the past few weeks. Will recommend SMB to anyone who needs a car transported. Obviously some small things can go wrong with transport companies it is just a risk you take when your car is on the nullarbor or a long haul drive. how hard is it to track where my car is I'm not cranky just can't figer out your tracking system HELP please

Honestly Anthony, I have transported many cars with SMB, and I never needed to track my cars because it didn't make any difference in terms if delivery time. SMB is slow but cheap, they also transport non-running cars. Their estimated time is always correct if they said 4 weeks it will be 4 weeks knowing that the car still in depot or transit isn't important for me.
If you need urgent transport they are not your best option.

I would not use them again. My car was two weeks late, with no communication from them whatsoever. My hat was also stolen from my car, with them not caring one iota
