This is a wellrun efficient company. Good rates and great friendly service. My only choice . Have had 8 vehicles delivered from put of state and across the country. Great result every time.

I sent a car from Alice Springs, it was my brand new Toyota Camry.

There was not even a scratch when I sent.

But when they deliver, huge broken plates on the bottom of car. Massive hit happened during transportation.

I reported it , following are the response.. but not at all acceptable service.

“ From our standard vehicle receiving procedures we are only required to complete vehicle surveys from approx. 1m away from the vehicle, SMB does not complete a survey of the underside of the vehicles. Our drivers stand up and complete the surve...

Vehicle was picked up on Friday 19th and transported to Sydney depot(about 150km).It is now sitting in Sydney depot waiting to go on to Melbourne. Have been told it won't get there until April 6th. Yes I know Easter is in this time frame, but seriously 18days to go 900km. Cliff Young ran that distance in about 6 days. If your that busy don't take on the work or tell people up front

Hilux to Brisbane went over vehicle and great service well informed and new owner was contacted and happy days.
Would recommend it future travels and friendly staff helping out in any way possible

Friendly and helpful at both ends (Darwin and Melbourne).
A freeway closure around Melbourne made me late to pick up the car but they got someone to be there for me and even gave some good advice on how best to avoid it on my return trip.

I contacted the company for a quote and received an email which seemed a bit suspect as it had no official company signature or other formal sign off. I felt a little better after calling and speaking to them in person. I booked online and (luckily, in hindsight) was not charged at the time. I received no confirmation email or formal correspondence confirming the reservation. After reading other reviews I decided to go with another company, and I’m glad I did. After failing to drop off the car as per the reservation there was no follow up correspondence. I’m glad I didn’t pay as the level of service was poor and I felt nervous engaging with the company

Items were stolen inside my vehicle called them and was informed that it wasn't there problem and he also told me that won't replace anything that was taken after asking to speak to someone else was told to send email still haven't herd anything never again am i using smb services not reliable and not trustworthy. Yes it's affordable but comes with a terrible service.

Pick up was faster than originally scheduled and happened late in the evening on a slip road, the driver phoned to advise of ETA and confirmed by txt 20mins prior to arrival

We use SMB on a regular basis.. Always an easy process..delivery and collection. Easy drop off , reliable information given , prompt service.offered door to door as well as depot to depot

Vehicle was picked up and delivered promptly. Exceeded my expectations. I was notified immediately of arrival. Our vehicle arrived in good order ang condition. Given Civid 19 restrictions I was more than hsppy

Cars came from interstate fast, quoting was cheaper than other places. No need to go anywhere else and will definitely use again. One of the best if not the best interstate car transport company out there.

I was the Sender and Receiver, for my Prado from Adelaide to Perth. Dropped at depo and delivered to residence south of Perth. All dealings with SMB were accurate and informative. Vehicle arrived before expected time with goods in the vehicle, no issues. I have since recommend to another friend to use for transport from Sydney to Perth and they will be another satisfied customer.

I have transported more than 20cars with SMB never had an issue. They transport car which no one else will transport. All jobs done within estimated time. I will recommend SMB to all.

I have moved 4 units during the current COVID situation and their service has not suffered one bit .

Everything is on time. Very Helpful with everything. No damages on the cars. very nice people to deal with even though they would be under a lot of stress from all this COVID 19 stuff going on.

About a year ago I booked my vehicle to be transported from Darwin to Sydney and my car arrived a few days after the time frame quoted. I was not contacted about this. I had to chase up and was made to feel like I was bothering them. I recently booked my car to be transported from Sydney to Darwin and used a third party company to book on my behalf and asked them not to book with SMB because of my previous experience. We use SMB Transport all the time, never had an issue, just good quality service, sent last car to Melbourne before to Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Alice and Sydney, highly recommend.

Took double the time i was advised. No one replied to emails etc. When they did answer the phone they advised the truck had broken down causing the delay in Adelaide when it hadn’t even left Melbourne!!! Finally got onto Richard (manager) who was great. Always returned calls etc if it wasn’t for him I would of been taking this further. $1675 and a long bloody time. Car finally arrived much to my suprise..
thank god this is over but please if you read this, choose another company. I have never received such poor service.

Really happy with SMB. Transported my Subaru Forrester from Victoria to Perth. Was told it would take up to 20 business days and ended up arriving 1.5 weeks earlier! Very easy to contact for accurate and honest updates.

Just had my Prado delivered Melbourne to Perth no problems, l was in to minds after reading some unfair reviews, these Guys don’t deserve it, great job I don’t usually do reviews but they did everything as stated fine
