DWA6314 Series

Bought brand new today from Harvey Norman. Removed old LG unit and installed. Connected power, water and drainage all okay. Cannot open door to get manuals out, etc. Door opens around 2-3 cms then stops. Lights and everything appears normal, but door will not open fully.

Hi Damien K.,
Please use some force to pull the door open. Once opened you may need to adjust the door latch so it's not so hard to unlatch.

Very disappointed. I’ve Never had a smeg Product before but always heard good reviews over the years So decided to buy a smeg. Only had it for 1 month and it doesn’t work. Powers light comes on When it feels like it but I cannot choose any quick time cycles.

Hi I have the DWA6314X dishwasher and only about 6 months old. All the lights are flashing, no error codes, I have pulled the plus out from the power socket and let it sit for a bit and put it back, still doing the same thing! The lights stop after a while, try again and does the same thing!

Hi just to update the door is closing now as i read one reply to adjust the top tray for similar issue has solved the problem but now the power button is on and no other is working??

My cycle doesn’t seem to be ending. I’ve opened the door and the dishwasher appears to be trying to drain and there’s nothing there to drain. No lights in the middle section of the front are on, only the end light and the 27 degrees for some reason

Mine is only a few weeks old but sounds like door closer is not closing properly my old lg had same problem so kept it shut with a Velcro strap try that then you need to fix door

We have just installed our new smeg dishwasher and it keeps stopping after about 5 mins on any cycle type. The error code is the 1st and 4th led. Any ideas?

we have just puchased
wen starting we are having trouble trying to select wash cycle
it wont allow me to select 70 pots
we can only select 60
also when we press start it runs for a few moments then 60 and 70 flash together and waher turns off

are we using it correctly

Dear Vanessa, Immediately after installing the appliance you should run a cycle and if the dishwasher fails to operate correctly please email me direct at steve.cullen@smeg.com.au. Other wise you can use the appliance as normal, regards Steve Cullen
