Excellent followup service

Having completed my treatment, 1 stubborn tooth was causing slight bite issues. Once contacted, the ‘touch up’ process began. I had another checkup and scan at The smile shop. In 5 weeks my extra aligners arrive.
The after treatment follow up service is thorough, excellent and at a hugely discounted cost.

i was wearing my last final aligner and i received my retainer,i bought the retainers 2 get one for free was in the promo, but 3 of them doesn't fit me at all and i straight to Parramatta and make an appointment and i met Maya shes had a welcoming warms heart personality and made me felt comfortable and i explaining what my problem is she assessed me with the whole process includes taking pic my tooth top-bottom and scan as well bcoz i still had a gap in the bottom shes know exactly what the problem is I can't wait to get more improvement my tooth and my new retainer

I’ve had a few evaluations and was told early on these issues would be solved and they were not my teeth are exactly the same as before I started and now I have received a new email saying I’m not entitled to a refund and that they want more money

Someone needs to stop the fraud and give me my refund I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing, THAT IS FRAUD

The only reason this company has a 4.7 star rating is because they ask clients to review their initial consultation - before they’ve received the product. The customer service is abysmal and the product is terrible. They’ll sell it to you even if it can’t fix your alignment and then refuse to provide a refund. There is no real dentist available to you and the system will not work unless you already have straight teeth. Its the biggest waste of time and money.

Didnt receive retainers and they wont refund, complete scam

Waited over 6 months for my retainers, never arrived. Customer service cant be contacted by phone or email. Received an email after several complaints to sign a waiver to get my refund. Can’t recommend this company or any similar, its a scam. They billed continued to bill me monthly and was unable to contact anyone from their company to cancel, had to close my credit card to stop them from taking my money. Stay away from this company

When we started this with our daughter all went well. They provided us with an invoice with a provider number which we used to claim though our health fund. So we joined our second daughter up as well. Now they tell us after about 10 phone calls and numerous emails that they can no longer give us a provider number. This means we can not claim on our health fund. Everytime we call we get a different person in a different country. They promise to call back but never do. We will be out of pocket about $4000 which we can not afford. Please do not believe them when the initially tell you they will give you a provider number.

My experience has been frustrating to say the least. Customer service possibly worst I’ve ever encountered one i talked with actually laughed at me . ABSOLUTE WORST experience imaginable! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Where is my refund

I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks now. I was given 10 days for it to be done and still nothing after that. It might work for others but if they make mistakes on your Invisalign three times and you end up wanting your money back then your pretty much chasing your own money. $500 is a lot of money to be waiting for and I hope you guys know what you’re doing you get this sorted

How do I get a full refund after months of being mucked around..
Aligners that don't fit, cutting my mouth.. 2 sets of aligners.. bad customer service, emails .. calls, texts...
No, I don't want any more " customer service" . I want a refund.

I expect SmileClub to contact me considering I have been waiting for well over the time frame originally advised . I have waited 18 business days to get a call back and have tried to contact the right team on 5 occasions ( I have email records for all of them ) . I am current preparing my case for VCAT - the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Consumer Affairs as I have no other option to get a refund for the kind of product and service provided . SmileClub has my email (as per my product review ) and therefore I’m sure you have my other contact details to make the effort to contact me.
