Good experience overall
Disappointing that the referral code wasn't working for my friend who referred me to get the deal. But aside from that very good visit, staff very helpful and informative about the whole process.
Nice friendly people. Instructions on location and parking would have been better in a map with directions and instructions as a pdf file so it could have been printed prior to appointment as some cell phones can't get in to the attachment. Otherwise good visit.
Good communication and information given. Consultants were very friendly and polite.
Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I am very interested in services provided however needed more info, which the consultant was able to do. However I feel like I was rushed into purchasing the product from them, I didn't have a Credit or debit card and was asked to phone to use someone else's till I sorted mine. I also stated I would have deposit in my account till the end of new year and monthly after that. However deposit payment had to be done within 3 days...

My first consultation
After applying online, I attended the free consultation & had a scan with a very friendly consultant. Everything was appropriately covered by Covid-19 protocols, which put me at ease. It was all very straight forward & enjoyable, so I'm looking forward to receiving the aligners. My only worry on returning home was that I didn't get a receipt or copy of the document I signed.
Great team, thorough work
Upon visit I was met with an enthusiastic worker who conducted her job thoroughly and with good quality. Comfortable atmosphere and information provided was very clear. Cant wait to see my new smile. Cheers to the team at smile direct Auckland !

No NZ Service centre. Appalling wait times
6 months in teeth aren't straight; Re-evaluation done 3 months ago; new molds sent in & new trays still not sent! Progress lost. Emails go ignored and call center is in South America
Once we could get into the building it was a great experience
The instructions for finding the parking and getting into the place after hours need to be up front & obvious in the booking confirmation email.
Apart from that, the staff were helpful & friendly and the experience was good. The scanning technology is amazing - the model it made was soooo detailed.
My daughter is looking forward to her straighter teeth in a much shorter timeframe & at $7k cheaper than braces I am happy too :-)

Poor Directions to Clinic & Service
Directions to get into the parking facility and how to get into the building was very poor. Numerous texts and calls had to be made to get into the right parking. Without a construction guy and the building security guys help, I would have been lost of how to get into the locked building. The receptionist came to get me and the time was 2:15pm, and when greeted by the consultant she made a point that I was late. When in actual fact, I arrived below the building at 1:35pm which would have been sufficient time to get to the clinic at least 10...minutes early given the right directions. Sales approach was a bit pushy and uncomfortable, as if you had to quickly sign up immediately after the x-ray. Once I decided to think about it, I was given a cold impression because I didn't impulsively sign up which was more uncomfortable. No documents were made available relating to the privacy act 1993 in relation to my private information being collected by the company. I was told that I would be sent a digital video showing the transformation of my teeth and still have not got that. I think the technology was great and very considerable, however it is the introduction was poor.
Great clear service
The store was hard to find, I looked online for the address which was simple and when I went to the location I couldn't find any mention of Smile direct so I didn't bother going up to level 33 to check. Perhaps there could be a little not on the locations page to say its not signposted but you promis its there:)Information was repeated but made very clear

Sophia, my smile guide was very friendly and tried her best to provide answers to my questions. It would have been a lot more comforting if a professional were present (physically/virtually) to answer my questions and concerns.
