Poor Directions to Clinic & Service
Directions to get into the parking facility and how to get into the building was very poor. Numerous texts and calls had to be made to get into the right parking. Without a construction guy and the building security guys help, I would have been lost of how to get into the locked building. The receptionist came to get me and the time was 2:15pm, and when greeted by the consultant she made a point that I was late. When in actual fact, I arrived below the building at 1:35pm which would have been sufficient time to get to the clinic at least 10...minutes early given the right directions. Sales approach was a bit pushy and uncomfortable, as if you had to quickly sign up immediately after the x-ray. Once I decided to think about it, I was given a cold impression because I didn't impulsively sign up which was more uncomfortable. No documents were made available relating to the privacy act 1993 in relation to my private information being collected by the company. I was told that I would be sent a digital video showing the transformation of my teeth and still have not got that. I think the technology was great and very considerable, however it is the introduction was poor.
