Very Unhappy
Not happy I went to the Brisbane store for a revaluation scan after 9 months of my teeth still not straight got my 3D scan lady was lovely! Then 3 days later get an email saying iv been approved for a impression kit to be set I email back and told them I dont need it as iv had a scan done,no response and charges me $50 for it. Then I call customer care they tell me oh the scans are only for new customers they can’t use your scans for a reevaluation, they why did you send me 40 mins in to the city for nothing. ligners to come now they won’t be Ill have to do the kit first then send that back and wait see if they are approved and then wait another 6 weeks. The support manager on my case still has not responded to me after 3 weeks. Really not happy at all would most defiantly not recommend to anyone with all this hassle.1 comment

Friendly and welcoming
Staff were so helpful when I phoned up to postpone my appointment as I was stuck in traffic. It’s ok they responded “we’ll be here until 7pm”.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
