I went through the whole process and my teeth were not straight but the end of it. I never Heard back from the dentist or anyone about it not only that I was meant to receive my 1st set of retainers as part of my package but never got them and never heard back from anyone regarding my progress a waste of $3000 when I could of gone and got the proper ones done they were happy to take my money but not provide the service

All they did was move my gap from between my front two teeth to two teeth over. They say they will do it in x amount of time and it will look like this but it is lies. They send you out touch up kits that don’t actually move teeth straight. I’m in the processes of getting a partial refund and even that is predicted to take 10 days to process to a credit card I told them is CLOSED, then another 10 days to go to my bank account. This company is abhorrent to say the absolute least. Someone sue!!!!!!!! Do a class action lawsuit. They’re doing it in the states do it here!! I cannot stand them with a passion. Worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Seriously go to anyone else but SDC. Save yourself!

Read the reviews, they have good reviews for the consultations where they sell you the dream. As soon as you pay, it becomes the worst experience you’ll ever have. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Can never get through to anyone, then when you do they all lie to you. Promise you everything but don’t deliver. Best, Emily.The only reason this company has a 4.7 star rating is because they ask clients to review their initial consultation - before they’ve received the product. The customer service is abysmal and the product is terrible. They’ll sell it to you even if it can’t fix your alignment and then refuse to provide a refund. There is no real dentist available to you and the system will not work unless you already have straight teeth. Its the biggest waste of time and money.

This company should be not allowed to work in Australia. The costumer service its the worse I ever seen and they are so irresponsible! My teeth was moving so fast that I lost one tooth and my dentist said for sure its the irresponsible treatment provided for SmileDirectClub. Worse thing, now I have big gaps in between my teeth that I haven’t before! They actually deformed my smile!

Not happy I went to the Brisbane store for a revaluation scan after 9 months of my teeth still not straight got my 3D scan lady was lovely! Then 3 days later get an email saying iv been approved for a impression kit to be set I email back and told them I dont need it as iv had a scan done,no response and charges me $50 for it. I've had to have my aligners redone since they kinked and weren't able to correctly align a couple of my teeth. I contacted support on multiple occasions and emailed forms/photos of the current fitting, I was told I would be contacted within a couple weeks. Nothing happened.
I chased up and was told I would need to come in for another scan. I did and was informed that my new aligners would come in 6-7 weeks. I contacted support 6 weeks in stating I don't have any shipping/tracking number yet. They assured me that I would receive the align...

They informed me that they still haven't been shipped and will now ship in early Feb. I asked for a tracking number and they couldn't give me one and told me the same story they can't get a tracking number until they ship. I can't help but feel that I am never going to see these replacement aligners and I'm going around in circles. Meanwhile I've been told to keep wearing the ones I have, which have cracked and I'm worried that the continued delay will allow my teeth to regress, and IF I receive replacement aligners, they won't fit due to the delay and I'll have to start this whole process over again. I would note recommend. We had to return and alligners didnt fit. Flimsy and shocking. Staff lied to us to get our business. Ive sent mine back and requested a refund. No one would take my call its taken a month and charged me again between me asking to cancel and trying to call everyone

BEWARE - I've had a dreadful experience for 6 months with Smile Direct Club Aus
I signed up in May 2019. My Wk 3/4 aligners cracked. On the phone I was told that the 1st month aligners would be sent. It's now the middle of Nov & still nothing. I ring, I get promises, excuses. I have all the remaining aligners with me but am unable to start month 2. There was a lot of roughness when I did wear the aligners which you are supposed to file with a nail file but I still had many ulcers form on the edge of my tongue. Customer service has been pointless and dismissive. If I can't START this course I will be requesting a refund. I get text messages telling me to change to Month 4 Week 2 & payments being taken out and no sign whatsoever of Month 1's replacement.

Your communications show your company are still ducking and weaving, lying and procrastinating. Why didn't you get your system and business right before you started operating in Australia? I wish I never got involved.
