When i went to SmileDirect club, the people were very friendly and helpful. Aradia asked what I would like to get fixed and I told her the crowding of my bottom teeth. She told me they will 100% be straight in the next 5 months and gave me hope that it would actually work. 72 hours later when I received the treatment plan, it showed my upper arch being straightened, however no improvement on my bottom teeth.
