Great Service from Alexandria store
Amanda from the Alexandria store was the best! She helped us out with picking the right mattress and was with my partner and I for about an hour all up. We didn't even buy the goods that day but was simply offered a quote as we still had to chat and decide. No pressure at all from her. We ended up calling back and purchasing the mattress as you can't really match that service, where the mattress is tailored to an individually specifically, with any other store. Thank you Amanda! You deserve every bit of recognition.

Read moreely, that we had the same quality experience in the Marsden Park store and was very much the opposite. We walked in there to show my brother and his wife what we had intended to purchase from Alexandria and a sales rep had provided the most pushy and rude service i have ever experienced. I was left to feel bad about not buying something from that store specifically. Keeping in mind a customer should never be made to feel that way as your items are a couple of hundreds of dollars and not just a pair of shoes you can return if you simply change your mind. All in all this did not change our views on purchasing from snooze and hopefully Amanda gets recognition for her excellent service where it is due!1 comment

Love the mattress
We bought a Madison mattress from Snooze a few months ago now and absolutely love it. Very comfortable. The sales team at Alexandria were very helpful and did not rush us into making a decision.

Osteopathic mattress from Snooze Alexandria
Purchased one of the 'AOA approved' osteopathic mattresses from Alexandria. The salesperson was very helpful and informative and the mattress was delivered on time AND taken up 2 flights of stairs at no extra cost.
Several months later the mattress is still firm and very comfortable and I'm sleeping better than I have for ages!
