Range was good and the lady who was helping me was very knowledgeable- however she was condescending when I wanted to take a photo of the mattress to send to my husband. She made me feel embarrassed and I had to leave without purchasing - bought my mattress elsewhere
Terrible after sales customer service
Purchased a top of the line mattress and base at beginning of 2020.
Upon delivery, noticed manufacturing fault on Maddison mattress.
Advised store immediately and then waited, waited, waited...,
After at least 1/2 dozen phone calls and in store visit and SIX months time passage, finally had replacement delivered.
It was raining and delivery team refused to take off shoes on our carpet.
Rude and insolent delivery people.
Store Manager on phone finally got them to remove shoes and replace mattress.
Sorry, never again will we purchase there again.
Competitive market, plenty of other suppliers/ stores out there.
Must be doing very well that they can afford no repeat customers??

Didn't get the bed even after a two-weeks notice; Almost impossible to cancel the order
One of the biggest mistakes I made was to walk into a Snooze store and pay in full for a bed to be delivered in a couple of weeks. After a couple of weeks wait I call them (they didnt call me) and they tell me that my bed isn't available for the promised delivery date. I go back to the store to sort out redelivery/cancel and not much luck there. Then I call back to cancel the order and I am promised the order will be canceled and someone will call me to confirm the cancellation - over 48 hrs have passed and I am yet to get a courtesy call from ...Snooze to confirm my cancellation. Not sure how they think of the business of beds, but to some people like me its a pretty serious business and that exactly why people spend $$ and time to pick the right kind. Very disappointed. Snooze Team - Just give me my money back and dont make run around for it, hope this is not too much to ask!
Worst company i have ever dealt with.
I bought a bed around May 2018. Paid 100% on the day i ordered the bed. When bed was delivered, the storage size was wrong, the sales person later admitted it. When i went to the store few time to follow up and resolve the issue, the lady who sold me the bed stopped responding to me, she completely ignored me and on occasions sent another sales guy to answer to my questions. Finally i was told to take this is warehouse manager. I spoke to him few times, after ringing them they agreed to fix the problem. In Dec replacement past arrived, but wro...ng size again. I have been chasing with warehouse manager, who says Customer service manager will respond, now its 23rd of March 2019 and i still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Now, the warehouse or customer service team is not even responding to my emails. People be aware..

At the store they promise to deliver in 2 weeks and later it takes a month to get it delivered.
I bought a king size bed frame, 2 mattress and a mattress protector from the store and the sales were really nice & good to sell it to me. They told that the delivery will be in two weeks time and after two weeks, I did not get the delivery nor an update of any delay in the delivery. Until I called the warehouse who told me that the bed frame was out of stock and i will receive it at the end of 3 weeks. So I requested them to get me one of the mattress delivered as I have a new house and a baby and need a bed urgently. Well, after my second cal...l they did agree to deliver me one mattress and I did appreciate their customer service but then after 4 weeks, I still have no updates on my bed frame and the second mattress delivery and I called up the warehouse and they told me it will be delayed even more and I will receive it only after a month of my purchase date. So I request them for a free installation of my bed frame as I cannot borrow my friends tool set for so long. so I called the store and [name removed] speaks to me and says that there was no delay from their end as the bed frame was out of stock and he also tells the shipping details about the container coming soon etc etc. So I tell him that i was told that it will take only 2 weeks or max 3 weeks but [name removed] disagrees as if I am lying, He keeps on saying that there is no delay and the sales rep who sold me the items was the owner himself and he can clearly see in the system that the bed frame was out of stock and I would have been informed that while buying. I have never come across a store who says that the customer is lying. Not only this, neither he accepts that there is a delay nor is he ready to help, instead he is trying to make me a false customer. I told him that I bought the items from the store matching the delivery time and if i was told that it would be a month to get it delivered, I would have never bought it from Snooze but would have bought it from other shops.Besides, [name removed] was also saying that i purchased on a Sunday and no one works on Sunday. But if they do not want to sell on Sundays, then why is the store open! I will never buy anything else from Snooze again and will never recommend anyone to buy.
In store experience great but delivery - Very terrible
I don't normally write reviews (and bad ones especially but I feel compelled to write one). I was given a window of 8am to 11am for delivery. The delivery guys called me at 7:50 and left a voicemail to say that they were 5 minutes away. I had a few missed calls from the delivery guys which I didn't hear cause I was away from my phone. I returned their call at 8:10am and they said that they have already left and they were on their way to their next delivery and there's absolutely no way that they can return because they're on a tight schedu...le. The delivery guy said that they have rang the intercom (there are 2 separate intercom units in the main gate - my guess is they rang the wrong one!) as well but there was no answer (at this point.. I did not believe them as I have other people inside the unit who could've easily heard the intercom). I'd have to call the Snooze Artarmon store to arrange for a re-delivery. They said they were in Riverview already (which was less than 10 minutes away from my suburb). I was desperate for the bed to arrive as I have arranged to work from home already and I cannot take another day off work. I begged the delivery guys to come back to redeliver after they're done and even offered $20 for their trouble. The delivery guy said that it wasn't about the money but they just can't come back my place and deliver my mattress because of the tight schedule and they need to finish by 4pm. I called the Snooze warehouse and explained what happened and they said that they will get back to me. The lady at the Snooze Warehouse was helpful and has managed to arrange for the redelivery on the same day after they do their scheduled run but the delivery guys wanted a redelivery fee of $80. At this point, I felt that I was being scammed. I later found out that the delivery guys are outside contractors. If I wasn't desperate for a bed to be delivered, I would have cancelled my order. But I was desperate and I did try to haggle to pay an extra $50 to have the mattress delivered. They were able to do the redelivery at 3:30pm which is well within their 4pm finish time but I still gave them $50 as agreed. This to me does not sound like good customer service at all. A good business should ensure that they don't partner with dodgy people. You can only hope that people you deal with would always do the right thing. I was a repeat customer but the first time I bought from them - I picked up my order. Having read some of the comments who had delivery issues as well makes me think that I won't buy from Snooze again unless I can pick up my order next time.
Terrible and impractical delivery system
Making a purchase instore at Artarmon was fine, but unfortunately the delivery system is where they fall down.
After being given a delivery window of 2-4pm. The driver did not appear or provide a courtesy call to advise of delay. One would think in this day and age of mobile phone technology a company as large as Snooze can provide an SMS or courtesy call upon approach. After arranging a day off from work of which I do not get annual leave for. It disgraceful. God knows when or if my bed will turn up.

Bed has toxic smell, wouldn't allow it to be returned. Terrible customer service.
I purchased a Kenton Standard Storage Bed in February 2017. After I put it together, I noticed a strong chemical smell in my room. A few days later I was feeling unhealthy, and 2 weeks later I couldn't sleep in the bed anymore without being sick. I called them to ask what my options are, they said they will replace the bed. I said to them that if the new bed had the same smell, I would have it returned. The new bed also had the same chemical smell, and then they said sorry if you don't like your $1100 bed then you'll have to sell it on gumtree....This is ridiculous. I don't buy and return a bed for entertainment. The bed smelled like chemicals. I could not sleep in that room. I now have an unused bed outside my balcony that nobody will buy on gumtree (I've lower the price to less than 1/4 of the original price now), and now I will have to give it away. I would not recommend shopping at snooze, they seemed very helpful in the beginning, but shopping there has cost me $1100, and if two different beds had a bad smell, there's a possibility that any bed with that model will have the same defect (or maybe others as well).

Poor choice of store for a mattress
We made the mistake of purchasing a mattress from Snooze and we believe we were misled by their "bedmatch" system. The system determined that we needed medium and this is the only option the salesman led us to. We ended up getting a mattress which is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life (a big statement coming from someone who has backpacked around the world).

Thanku to the patient Team Member @ Artarmon Store who served me, not only did they listen to my needs to find a suitable mattress for my back problem but also was patient to advice me on suitable beds especially if you are a carer looking after a sick member in the family & a bed to fit in a small space in a unit. The bed I chose was a king single with a trundle & draws so overnight visitors can also stay in case of emergency like a nurse/carers or other family members.

Good staff service
I purchased a new mattress at Snooze Artarmoon and before collection realised that it was the wrong purchase - as I am a hot sleeper and the mattress would be too hot. Although management at the store were hesitant to give me a refund, they eventually did after several visits and I was unable to find a possible replacement in their store. I had great service by one particular staff member - Reyna - who was a fantastic and positive help! And Phil was also a great help when it came to the final refund.

Madison Grand King Size Bed
Bought this bed late January. It is not cheap but it is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It is like a solid lump (not sure it was the one in the shop). It seems to generate heat, difficult to turn over at night. It is so heavy that I cannot lift the mattress to tuck a sheet in so now my husband has to help me to change the sheets. The warranty information said to rotate the bed once a month. There is no chance of that happening with the weight of this bed. Oh well- nearly $3500 down the drain as we will be looking to replace it. My husband is a heavier person and finds the bed OK. The staff at Artarmon were very helpful - no problem with service.
Pillow Exchanged! Great Service
Tested a high profile latex pillow from the Artarmon store, bought it $70, took it home, tested it, was horrible with my bed. took it back, the guy there helped me find a suitable pillow that was lower profile, it's was $100 but he done the exchange for free, great service, very unexpected, do recommend.
