We visited the prospect store to purchase a mattress, we were so happy with the customer service by Amnie i wouldn't purchase else where.
She gave us great knowledge on what would be good for us and showing us all types of amazing options that were within our price range. Very rare to find a worker that has to much knowledge and made us feel as if we were one of her friends whom we have known forever. She actually did care about us! She needs to be promoted to manager asap! Very impressed with her aswell as tom who we spoke with to close our deal, explained what he can and couldn't do and was genuine about it! Very professional, caring and all round a nice person! best experience and for a great price!
the worst service experience
Purchased a Madison Grosvenor Mattress from Snooze Prospect for $1400. Next day found many bad reviews and complaints about Madison mattress. Started to worry about my health and felt I put my health at a high risk by buying this expensive mattress. So called Snooze Prospect to cancel the delivery and requested a cancellation of purchase. The store second manager understood my concern about my health and agreed that this is not a simply change my mind cancellation and left a note to the store owner/manager to refund me. Two days later received ...a phone call from Snooze Prospect owner/manager to ask when he can deliver the mattress. He said “you cannot cancel the purchase. You can exchange. I will charge you $400-500 for the cancellation...” ...... ” … I only talk to you over the phone... If you come to the store, I will call security guard to take you out ……” I went to the store anyway, but he refused to talk about that and threatened me that he has called security guard…... I have been ignored, badly treated and threatened by the store owner/manager. I called police and also contracted fair trading. So far Snooze Prospect has not returned any amount of money to me.
Avoid them on all cost !! Never in my life have seen such a unprofessional and unethical brand
Pathetic is understatement, cheaters, can tell you anything to sell the product once sold they don't remember your details as well you have to live at the mercy of delivery drivers. I have called the store more than Ten times no use any I have called the Head office in Canberra. Please avoid this brand waste of time and money truly terrible no ethics, all they want is to sell hook or crook that it.

Had cause to buy, rather urgently, a single bed, bedside table and a mattress from Snooze - Prospect. After extensive discussion with the sales rep, particularly around the price, we were assured that the marked price (also marked as significantly discounted) was the cheapest this was going to get and was an excellent deal ($399). As a result we bought 2 mattresses after initially going ...in to buy one. 12 days later when I attended the store to pick up the product I discovered that the same mattress was $100 cheaper. When raised with staff I was given information about dates of sales and other such matters. When I indicated customers have no interest in internal procedures around sales, only about being dealt with honestly and getting the best value for money, the conversation ended. I wrote a complaint via the website about my concerns only to receive a reply again giving me a recitation of internal procedures and processes around the timing of sales. It became clear nothing was going to be addressed so I left it. Whilst I have no complaints about the product and its quality, I was scammed out of $200 (2 x mattresses). On that basis I recommend anyone in the market for similar product not only avoid Snooze, but do some significant and specific questioning around price. One last thing, I have never posted to a website like this before. Whilst they they were able to get me, hopefully they won't be able to do it to someone else.
Having stopped into Snooze Prospect mid December I was pleasantly surprised to discover their 'Bed Match' system. I took my husband to the store on Jan 10th to test match him and was pleased to hear we were the same colour/series. [name removed] our sales guy showed us the 3 suited mattresses according to our reading and we chose the Sealy Exquisite Molise ensemble in a king size. We got the bed on Monday 25th Jan. Immediately after lying in it we felt a point of decline within the mattress which left our heads and torsos significantly lower th...an our waist and hip area. The mattress in my home unlike the one in store had an elevated section across the mid section. This gave me a nausea feeling and lucky for me I am a stomach sleeper and I managed to get some sleep between my husbands groans and complaints. The mattress in store felt like a dream! Being a public holiday the next day we rang the store on 27th Jan to voice our concerns and was not given a reasonable explanation as to why this would be happening so we made a trip back in store to test out the mattress on display we had chosen and to confirm we had been given the right one. We dealt with the store manager [name removed] on both occasions that day and after explaining things to her she lead me to believe their may be a fault in the mattress and that our best option was to contact Sealy Customer care as she had not heard of this happening and offered to contact them on my behalf the following day. Customer care did call me the next day and after a brief conversation with them they advised me to allow the mattress to 'settle' and to forward the photos I took both in store on the mattress and at home on the mattress to show the claim I was disputing. I immeadiately emailed and rang the store and spoke to [name removed] (Manager) again proclaiming that I wasn't informed our mattress needed to 'settle' and was not satisfied with my purchase as it did not match the demonstration model which I based my purchase on and that I felt I was entitled to a refund. She continued to give me the impression my mattress had a fault suggesting she send out her Sealy representative to look at my mattress as customer care was not always as helpful/knowledgable and that she had viewed the pictures I emailed her and she had never come across this situation. WELL!!! Fast forward to Tuesday 2nd Feburary...[name removed] the Sealy rep shows up at my home today. He takes ONE LOOK at my mattress and informs me the elevated hill across the mid section of my mattress is the 'lumber support' that ALL Sealy mattresses have and should settle a little in 6mths time. He also informed me being a King sized bed the centre of the mattress tends to not get used as much and that section will not settle like the sides my husband and I sleep on. Basically we will end up with another issue. Turns out [name removed] the Prospect store Manager is also Owner of the store and guess what- she had no idea that was the case???? [name removed] has since referred me to take up this dispute with [name removed] the sales guy cause technically 'she didn't make the sale' and 'does not want to deal with me'. Bottom line folks steer clear of Prospect Snooze. I will be in touch with Head Office and I am currently in the process of contacting ACCC. Will post back my outcome.

Bed match system? This bed arrived 1 hour ago still in plastic here is me sooooo excited about to lay down in it while still covered .. This bed feels like nothing and I mean not a thing like the one I lay on in the store it's like a rock I can't sleep on this and I just had an anxiety attack !!!! $2300 and that's ON SALE - and just a mattress not even the base and I'm about to have a nervous breakdown !! My partner is going to come home after his new bed arriving lay on it and lose his mind! I may as well have slept on the actual base :-(
Found the staff when purchasing the bed knowledgeable and helpful. Once we purchased the product and had an issue with the product it has been a different story. Purchased king size select o pedic ensemble and mattress. One side only was sinking and rolling causing sleepless nights, headaches and backaches, no one from snooze blacktown seemed to care. Put in a service report which we had to endlessly chase up for over 6 weeks. Snooze store could not care less. It has been hell dealing with this company and mattress company, nothing but lies and...deception and we have been left with no choice but to go fair trading to try and get our money back seems they have replaced/ repaired twice now and it is still not 100%. bad service treated me and my husband like we were nightmare customers and once they get your money they dont care and live in hope that you give up.
