Easy and quick
I went to buy a mattress slumberland and I needed it in a week. We put the order on a Sunday arvo and on Sat they delivered the mattress.
I have only slept one night on the mattress so I’m still not sure if I love it or not, but the buying process was farily easy
buying a bed? only one place to go - Snooze!
we popped in to the store in Fortitude Valley just to "have a look."
It was so good to meet Nick who was soooo professional and answered all our questions and more.. he had the added ability of making the whole experience a fun time. we are pleased with our purchase!

Made purchase in store and found the customer service to be prompt, friendly, professional and patient. We did not feel pressured or rushed.
Just visit Brisbane valley store this afternoon, when ask a question to one
of the staff, she told me "I don't know either", then went away. Oh my god, how can a retail
staff behave like this. How can u imagine your customer know everything, then why u have this job???
Never become its customer, sooooo poor!
Good Service Good Product/Minor Problem
Bought a Queen Bed Head and Base and Sealy Mattress from Snooze Fortitude Valley. Sales staff were excellent and knew their job and were very helpful.Price was pretty good, thought the delivery charge was a bit much. Mattress is fantastic, sleeping like a baby.The Headboard that was delivered on 20.9.2017 was incorrect, which was supplied by Sleepeeze in a cardboard box,it was not a Snooze problem .( Maybe Snooze could of checked the contents to the order before delivery) Still being messed around by Sleepeeze as they are dealing with me direc...t,We did keep he headboard they supplied until the correct one arrives, they are probably hoping we will get sick of waiting and accept the one we have.No way that will happen.If it was not for the Snooze warehouse controller who has been really great trying to get this issue resolved I would have been demanding my money back straight away, but because of Matts efforts I will let him sort it out.The only reason it is not fixed is that Matt left it in Sleepeeze hands and thought it had been resolved and when he made a courtesy call yesterday to make sure all was ok, he has taken charge in I am confident that Matt will has this issue fixed within a few days.If I was in business I would be trying to get Matt to work for me as his efforts in my eyes have been beyond normal procedures and I bet the sales and Management staff at Snooze have a lot easier daily job due too Matts efforts.Very Helpful and polite, nothing is a problem for Matt to keep the customer satisfied. Great work Matt,never change the way you operate people do notice and don't take you for granted. Because of Matts effort is why I am still giving Snooze a 5 star rating,Sleepeeze would be a 1 star rating.
