Great service and price to match

About three months ago the search for a new mattress started. After a lot of research, we decided on a Sealy.

From the minute we walked into the store at Cockburn the experience was enjoyable. The sales lady (Kelly) came up to us, asked a couple of questions and allowed us to continue looking around. Once we’ve decided on the mattress I called her over and she suggested we try their sleep simulator just to confirm our decision on the firmness of the mattress we were interested in buying.

After spending a few minutes on the simulator, we confirmed our decision and all we now wanted was a price. We got a price quite a bit lower than any other shop and they also chucked in a mattress protector. Delivery was included and 5 days later we had our new mattress and the old mattress was removed.

I can’t fault their service or the product. Definitely a store I will visit again when replacing other matrasses in our house.

Great experience and wonderful service

We had wonderful service from Jennifer that made us feel comfortable and not pressured. She was very easy to talk to and therefore it made finding the right mattress a painless process. Her experience and knowledge also really helped in finding the right mattress. We got a great price and are very happy with our mattress and would recommend this store to everyone.

Friendly and helpful service.

We buy all our mattresses from this store. The most recent mattress was a QS Sealy. The service is great, friendly and supportive. The sale prices make purchasing a mattress affordable. Its great to be recognised by the staff when we enter the store. Fantastic guidance and help with choosing a mattress.

Purchase and delivery of Mattress.

Sales assistant was very proficient and pleasant to deal with. Everything she said would happen did and the Mattress was delivered on time with friendly and careful delivery. Will certainly check your store again when needing a mattress.

Fast, efficient, friendly staff and great mattresses

I needed to buy 2 mattresses quickly for guests arriving in just over a week and the staff made the process so easy it was actually really enjoyable. The mattresses arrived at the store by the date I was initially advised which was great as I couldn't afford any delays. Throughout the buying and delivery processes staff were very accommodating and friendly therefore I would definitely deal with this business again.

Great Customer Service & Expertise

I recently bought a Sealy QS (Tribute) Mattress from Snooze in Cockburn WA. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with a friendly smile. The staff weren't pushy, just helpful and very knowledgeable. Shane was great and went out of her way to help me, giving me an awesome discount on the mattress.
The particular mattress I wanted to test wasn't in stock so they got one in very quickly for me. Shane also organised to get the mattress delivered the next day (after testing it), at a time convenient to me. That is service!
When the delivery guys arrived, they were friendly and even wiped their feet at the door before coming in! (I didn't even ask them too!) The guys checked my existing base to make sure it was ok for the new mattress to be on.
All in all, a very good experience with Snooze Cockburn. (And the mattress is perfect too!)

Amazing customer service

I Purchased a mattress from Jenni at snooze Cockburn I was greeted as soon as I walked in and felt very welcomed and at ease. Jenni was so helpful and very knowledgeable and anwsered all of my questions and I felt I got a very good quality mattress for a great deal. Excellent customer service

It had been many years since we bought our last bed and we went looking for a new one with very little idea of what we wanted. We came out of the first shop we tried even more confused! There were so many different beds to choose from at a wide range of prices. However, once we spoke to Margaret at Snooze, Cockburn Central, things started to look clearer. She listened to what we both wanted and suggested we take advantage of their testing machine, which would tell us which type of bed would suit us both. She then used the test results to show us a manageable selection of beds at various price points and left us alone to try them all out at our leisure, replying to all our questions without any pressure to buy. We soon found a bed which suited us both at a price we were very happy with. We were promised delivery in 5 - 10 working days and seven days later we received a text asking us to arrange delivery, which we did for the next day. As promised, the delivery team sent a text naming a 2 hour window for delivery and on delivery day, notified us when they were 20 minutes away. Margaret had told us that the two-man delivery team would unpack and set up the ensemble in the bedroom, but we have been told the same thing by other furniture retailers, only to have the goods dropped off quickly leaving us to do all the unpacking and assembly. However, this time I was pleased to see the ensemble fully set up within ten minutes, with all the packing taken away as well. I cannot comment on the quality of the bed since it has only just been delivered, but so far we have been very happy with our dealings with Snooze, Cockburn Central.

Corsico bedroom suite

Purchased in store Have had 3 dressing tables replaced as nails exposed Snooze has been A1 fantastic recommended store very happy with them nothing was a big deal but did everything to help. The warehouse manager did all possible to assist thanks Snooze as this was a manufacturer fault.

Regards, Snooze.Hello may I just say after receiving my second dressing table 6 months ago due to the manufacturer fault , I am sorry to say this has appeared for the 3 rd time again. It is not than I am using any cleaners except what the manufacturer has recommended a very very damp cloth and wipe it gently I followed all the instructions that were required, It got to the stage that I was afraid to wipe my dresser all I have on the dresser is on adollie and a glass place mat so nothing would mark it as it is all white. I would love to be be able to show you with an attachment but there is no attachment here. It is a very lovely suite but I am scared to barely touch it. Since the new mark has appeared like the size of a nail head a big one a smaller one has now appeared. I have reported this to Snooze Cockburn but heard nothing as yet. I am so far very happy with them they are helpful, but now it is not their problem. So this is 3 in 15 months. I am very careful why 3 in 15 months. A fault the Rep has to look atYes the recieved the the fourth dressing table, 2 weeks ago and I have put glass protector on top, I really do not want to go through this again. Mind you I did have well protection on all the dressing tables . The service I recieved from Snooze is the best you can get , I appreciate Joel and Chad for all their help thankyou Snooze Cockburn highly recommended

Bed smells so bad

We bought a Madison Palace Super King Mattress and it wasn't cheap so I expected to have a great nights sleep - not so as the smell of the bed is so bad I get feel quite sick from the strong smell and have resorted to taking anti histamine as it's affected me so much. We went away for 2 weeks and aired the bed out but since coming back the problem is still there - not happy and if I had known this would be an issues we would never had bought the bed - never happened before with other beds we have bought.

Great service, lovely staff and no pressure.

I visited a couple of other bed stores and was disgusted with their disinterest when I mentioned I wouldn't be buying immediately, but was just starting to look. From the moment I walked into Snooze (Jandakot) I was listened to and all staff in the store were lovely. Elena was wonderful and reassured me that it was a good idea to take my time. I was set up on the bed match system and Elena then proceeded to take me through each mattress on the list and few types of pillow. I must have spent a over an hour doing this and at no point felt rushed or pressured. I left with a quote of what I thought was best for me and after visiting another couple of stores went back two weeks later to order. Snooze Jandakot have exceptional sales staff and Elena was fantastic. Thankyoy so very much

Made a purchase for 2 bed frames, mattresses, protectors and were given a delivery period of 8-10 we

Purchase was made in store, and for the past 3 weeks been chasing up delivery of beds, but no answer from anyone. Keep getting told the beds will leave today and to date 15 weeks after purchase no beds delivered yet and not getting a definitive delivery date.

Customer Service , Delivery and after sales was hopeless I wouldn't recommend anyone to go

I have ordered a bed from Snooze on 24th of April, and I decided to take the bed and the mattress including two bed sides. Until now I have not received my furniture and they said it will be immediately available on the day I ordered and all of a sudden they tell me that it takes 4 weeks and last week they call me up and say that its going to take longer and that I have to wait till 13th of June for the bed to come to their stores and god knows when the delivery would happen. And I have been waiting till someone called me despite promising to call back with a different solution to source the bed from elsewhere. So with immediate effect I have cancelled the order today and they said they cannot cancel I have to call GE money and cancel , and when I call them up GE money says Snooze Cockburn has not sent a cancellation request. So I had to call them up to get it cancelled and they inform me since they delivered the mattress they cannot refund it and trying to force the sale on me. And I didn't request for the mattress without a bed I need a full refund for the whole thing as I am going to source the full package from elsewhere due to the most unreliable service a company could offer. I hope this comes to the respective official's attention soon. And as of today no refund has been processed for the mattress I just thought I will write here before I make an official complaint on the Consumer Ombudsman's page.

It is our understanding that a loan base and the mattress were accepted by you on 3rd May when a delivery ETA of 13th June for the furniture was communicated. Later in May when you changed your mind and cancelled your order for the furniture, confirmation to GE was communicated about the purchase of the mattress. GE has confirmed rectification of their processing error and the loan base has been collected. Please contact the store if you require any further clarification. Regards, Snooze.Change my mind no I didnt ! I was forced to change my mind as the goods keep getting delayed. I do not know how you got this information ,please go through all the call records to see that the ETA was 1st June , not 13th June .. And again this is a classic example of you guys as a company don't sync in what you do and what you say to the customer.

Almost perfect

Would have given 5 star if our $2700 mattress hadn't started sinking after 7 months of use. Now I am resorted to sleep closer to the centre where is had not sunk.

The customer service was great at the Jandakot/Cockburn branch and we are still happy with the bed frame and bed side table though it was $500+ just for the bedside table each (which we still think it is expensive). We wanted a matching set so unfortunately had to purchase as a set.

Spent over $5000 on our master suite and disappointed with the mattress. We will wait for a few more months and see if it continues to sink.

Overall, happy with the customer service and delivery.
