Neck warmer purchase was a fantastic experience – From Queensland to Melbourne in 2 business days. Partially thanks to Australia Post I guess, but Snow Central processed the order so promptly, I received my neck warmers very quickly, and on the day i forgot to bring my only one from home with me to help cope with our freezing Melbourne mornings. Purchased primarily as a face covering for Covid-19 mandatory face mask usage, it has great dual purpose!

Why did I Buy a second pair of KHOMBU Chamonix Boot?! – They’re warm, snug, waterproof, stylish and versatile. Easy to wear for outdoors or in. Take one pair of shoes for a 4 week snow/below zero holiday? These will be PERFECT!

Received Poor Quality Clothing – The main belt loop for the pants I bought came apart at the seam and when I asked for a refund they argued that it was not poor quality it was my fault which I disagree with. so in summary, poor quality items at least what I bought was and poor post purchase customer service/care.

Some problems with delivery but they sorted it out – Parcel initially delivered to the wrong address. Eventually sorted out after a bit of angst. After contacting them manager was helpful and expressed courier replacement but I did have to pay a second time while the initial parcel was looked for.

Great experience – This place is great. Great offers and great customer service. Placed an order online, one item happened to be out of stock so they called and offered me the next one up for the same price. Postage was free and very efficient. Great quality gear. Will shop here again. Try it out.
