Rubbish
Bad installation and won't cover warranty and owner disregarding the warranty and repairs none what a big waste of money will never happen again and have told everyone I know about it
No way do I won't anything to do with solahart ever again info and photos was sent to head office and got no reply

Could have been a great product 20 years ago, differently not now
Had installed solar hart system in 2014 .received a larger than normal water bill must have a leak somewhere, notice solar hart panel gushing water phone solar hart it’s out of warranty. What piece of crap.

If your a Family Don’t get solar hot water
I’ve now had this system for 12 months so this is what I’ve found.
The Good. Plenty of Hot water in summer.
The Bad. One day of cloud in winter with booster on off peak 2 still not enough hot water for a family of 6.
It was explained to me that gov regulations have forced the change in the booster location of the tank which now only heats half the tank whereas my old solar hot water heated the whole tank. I never had a problem with the old system.
So In Regards to this I can’t be critical of solarhart but congratulations to the intellects in...

Absolute cowboy
Came in cracked 4 ceilings , a hole in a door , didn’t clean up after themselves, left off cut wiring in the gutters and left over conduit in the ceiling as well as not installing the system the way they had it in the quote.
I’ll give them a little credit because they fixed the ceilings and door but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else

I purchased a hot water solar system which is the biggest they have- as recommended by the company of course ($$$$++++). The installation was straight forward, but I’ve had to hound them to come back and fix the system as it was leaning against the wall after the water filled up (which they were reluctant to resolve initially; stating they would only come back out to our place once other jobs had been logged in the area. Absolutely ridiculous given the size of the system. Overall do not recommend. Don’t waste your money people!!!! Townsville Solahart themselves are not the greatest company to deal with. Consumers shouldn’t have to constantly bug them to rectify issues. I also wanted additional plumbing work and they said they’d come back to quote me and of course never did. Quick reliable service
During the cool part of the year I was happy that the team could act upon my cold showers within a week. John was helpful and educated me about the system well. Had a hot shower that night they were helpful with directions as to the government incentives and did not demand payment straight away

The best system for us.
The Solahart distributor, Keeman Electrical, gave us a 5 star experience.
They included 20 Tier 1 REC PV panels (290watt outpit ea.) and a 5kw ABB inverter. This is a perfect combination.
The installation was all done in 1 day and the follow up quality check ensued no issues would arise. After sales service exceeded our expectations.
After 18 months we are still in ctedit with our power acvount.
Will always recommend Solarhart and Keeman to everyone.
Misleading and overpriced
We went with solaheart thinking a big name company was the way to go , had their salesman come out and I stated I was interested in a 10kw solar system , he said mate our 6.6kw system is second to none and will do the job you need , they installed a 5kw inverter and now we are stuck with it , long story short we got a $5k system for $10k , misled and ripped off !!!

Questions & Answers
I submitted a review around 3-4 weeks ago expressing my amazement that when Solahart sent a repair person to fix my 8 y.o. Solahart 302J roof-mounted system, he sent me an invoice for $740, with another visit required to replace the sacrificial anode at a further $200.
This service is apparently necessary every 5 years, doubling the price of the system over its lifetime.
This was never mentioned either when making initial enquiries or at the time of installation.
l attempted to make detailed enquiries at the time but these were artfully deflected by sales staff.
Needless to say l would never have bought the system had l known the cost over 20 years was $8000 rather than $4000.
I have contacted Solahart 3 times but never received so much as an acknowledgement.
My review has disappeared from this website. Why?
Yes solarhart have problems with maintence that other brands dont have.

Read mores will "save you money" when this is clearly not the case? And that they don't respond to enquiries about this situation? Have Solahart just given up on customer support?
