Great experience from sales to installation!
My husband and I were both happy with the service provided by Solar Naturally from the brilliant salesperson to the hassle-free installation from the guys! Overall a positive experience that we would be happy to recommend to others.
The installation was quick, no hassle. From the very first time, the staff were amazing. The staff that did the installation were professional, they spend time explaining how it is supposed to work, how to check that the system is working well, signs of troubles and how to use the APP to monitore daily generation and even my rebate.
Had Neil come and look at my current system He informed us it was invertors he even gave me the contact details of who I should contact. Ended up buying a new system from Neil only because he was so helpful to deal with. Great service by him.

The service was fantastic! Everyone took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. The installation process was easy as solar naturally dealt with it all and we have been very happy with the benefits we are seeing so far.
Good system and service
The panels were installed efficiently and are producing good results which can be tracked via the app, which is very handy. The installers cleaned up after themselves a were very easy to deal with.

I found Jack to be fantastic as an installer and very professional as well as thorough. He helped me understand the process in detail and I felt very comfortable throughout the process.

Organized an appointment and signed up on the 24/02/20. Following day, we decide to cancel the installation within 10 days as per contract.
Multiple calls and zero response. Very bad service.
The installers were excellent
The guys who attended to install the solar panels were excellent and did a great job. They took the time to explain how the panels and the app work. Now the solar panels are set up and everything is running well.
Impressed with the team
The workmen who did the installation were great. Turned up on time and got the job done in one day, despite the weather, then cleaned up after themselves. Really impressed with the service.

Sales person was very knowledgeable. Installation team was very pleasant and the installation was done with care and completed neatly. The only negative was that I was offered a $100 discount for being referred by a friend. When I sought to claim the discount at payment I was told that it had already been included in the price. The treatment of the referral discount in the price could have been more transparent from the outset.

The installation of the solar panels went very well and the installers explained how everything worked. Downloaded the app and the solar panels are working well. Service was very good.

Very happy with the service. Everything went well with installation. The installers were quick and efficient and showed me how everything worked. We made some changes to the layout when they arrived, but this wasn't a problem.
Questions & Answers
Can I cancel my contract after sign
For door to door sales there is requirement to have a ten day cooling off period in which you can cancel without cost. Send them written notice. Check the details of your contract, there may be fees if equipment is already delivered.

Yes Bill is correct, we do have a 10 day cooling off period after Sales Agreement Contracts are signed, this is required by law. If you would like to cancel your contract, please call the office at 1300 168 138.

We were told during a recent consult that the system would be battery ready. One of the reviews below indicates that wasn't the case. Can you address this please?
