This was an install of a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery with AC Backup Gateway, to an existing 5.77 KW solar panel system. The salesperson responding to my request was very good, and had a number of options for consideration. The person who did the initial inspection (and the install) went through the options again having seen the existing solar system and we came to the conclusion that the Tesla would be the best option for me. Working with Solargain in attaining my first heat pump HWS was just so simple and easy. Had a gas HWS that I wanted replace to a heat pump and after reading good reviews and fair pricing from Solargain, I decided to give it a shot.

I never had any issues, quotes were reasonable and easily understood. They even installed our system early because of a cancellation, system works great and is already saving us a surprising amount of money.

The quotes provided are quite detailed, explaining where the panels and inverter will go, expected output and potential savings (which obviously varies). If given the choice for potential future upgrades I would gladly use them in a heartbeat.

Always kept informed from inquiry to installation. Pleasant and considerate installation people. Follow up on monitoring app was promptly addressed and sorted. I am confident any issues that may arise down the track will be effectively addressed.

Since we contacted Solargain their service has been very profrssional. People have been great to deal with and the installers were very efficient. The installers arrived exactly at the stated time and were 2 nice gentlemen. To date their have not been any unexpected problems with the firm.
