Does anyone have the software for an update?
Have this model, turns on, gets to Cinavision screen and then turns off, standby light stays on but doesn't respond to anything, any help would be so helpful as im almost about to give up!!! Had no response from Soniq emails so not sure what to do next, ??
How do I connect my soundbar to S55UV16A-AU as just plugging in HDMI isn’t working
It will not work with hdmi as the tv has neither hdmi ARC Nor hdmi CEC BOTH are required to have a soundbar work just with hdmi. The only option (which isn't a bad option ) is to connect your soundbar via optical. And you will have to turn the soundbsr on and off and control the volume with the soundbars remote . To get technical -Hdmi ARC Is what sends the sound from the tv to the soundbar via the hdmi cable Hdmi CEC is what makes a soundbar work as one with your tv . Turn your tv on or off and the soundbar also turns on and off. Same with volume Your tv has neither of those features I'm sorry to say
