Worst soundbar speakers made
Sony never fail to disappoint, well when you expect their speakers to be trash and they are, they really don't let you down. Bluetooth does not work from phone. Sound quality is absolute rubbish. I would rather just place these in the bin.
Purchased at JB Hi-Fi for A$700.00.

Terrible
Absolutely terrible. Surround speakers don't work at all. Connect through the HDMI arc function and it is just total dissapointment. Sound quality just is not there and for the supposed high wattage it is supposed to punch out well a set of Bluetooth phone speakers are louder and perform much better. Wish I never wasted my money on this.
Purchased in March 2018 at Kogan.com for A$500.00.

Stopped working after few months
Contacted sony when it went faulty. They assigned a service center for repair. They handed it back to be after repair but still isn't working. Also I received the soundbar back with external damages after repair :( Now about to send it back to service center for second round of repair.

Very disappointing
System is very disappointing. Sub-woofer and surround speakers constantly cut out, losing signal from sound bar, with lights on them flashing green, and sometimes not switching on all all (staying in standby mode). Remote stopped working after about 1 month. Fails to detect signal from DVD player. Am now looking to replace it.

Stopped working after a month
Installed less than a month ago. Followed all directions for set up to the letter. It was working perfectly then suddenly mid use stopped playing sound and responding to any buttons on the remote. Now it's stuck in standby mode or scrolling through the words please wait. Don't know how to return it because we got it hard wired in. Beyond disappointing given the cost of the system. The volume of the rear speakers is also very low. Too low for proper surround sound.
