charge customer for services that had not even taken place!
I took my car to the south Morang MAZAD dealership for its 2nd-year service last Friday (10-12-2021).
I have paid for and service statement also included replacing the windscreen wash liquid as part of the service. But after driving my car home after the car service and I was disappointed that the dealership did not even fill the windows screen washing liquid at all. so the bottle was completely empty.
Not happy Jane. Why charge your customer for services that had not even taken place!

Absolutely Dreadful as a terminal sick man I went to South Morang Mazda where [Name Removed] the third handled my sale I explained I had cancer and the future was bleak I trusted South Morang Mazda surely they would not take advantage of someone in my position WRONG!!! They lied they treated me appalling how could they love money and a sale over a terminal sick man the experience with South Morang Mazda has effected me deeply please anyone reading this please please be careful if you decide to deal with them believe nothing they tell you please think twice before dealing with them the effect on my health will be long term do they care NO ….

Dealing with Jake from South Morang Mazda was the best experience anyone could ask for. Jake ensured that the process of purchasing the car was seamless and he gave detailed information about the car/s , ensuring that we made an informed decision. No stone was left unturned as far as detail was concerned. And to top it off, Jake was friendly and warm. The rest of the team that we dealt with were also polite and helpful.

What a pleasant surprise
Dropped to have a look at purchasing a new car. Met with a salesman who worked wit both my wife and myself to work out the model which met our requirements. After a couple of test drives and explanations of all the safety inclusions and how everything works we arrived at a decision on the vehicle. This took some time but we were not pressured into deciding straight away. Having been pressured at other dealers which turns right off I was pleased to take the lead and get trade in prices and inclusions. We arrived at a price we were happy with and...bought our car. Not finished there, south Morang Mazda kept in contact with me via phone and email instructing me to use the web to book services and check my vehicle etc. since picking up the car they contacted me to ask how everything was and if I had any questions. Had my free service and again staff very professional. I sincerely recommend them to anyone looking for a car or servicing. p.s. I bought the CX3 a tad more expensive than the 3 but both my wife and I love the car. David
