SouthAus Solar Batteries

On purchase of the battery, I was promised the world as usual by push sales staff
They said the solar FIT will be higher than the standard after the battery had been commissioned & turned on.
They also said my bills will be the lowest if nothing at all & I might even receive credits.
My bills during the summer have never been higher than now.
There are no plan choices with members energy which is not mentioned at the time of signing up.
I have been waiting for over 2 months for a callback. The call center staff are unhelpful & just organize "Callbacks" which never happen.

This is all a scam.
Please stay away from this company & its rebranded offshoots.

They promote misleading high pressure sales pitches on sub-quality solar batteries that are NOT a good price. They request your phone number and email address before they provide any information to you, and then they spam you with sales messages. Despite being asked to remove my phone number from their records, and being told that this had been done, I continue to receive their spam. They should be reported to ACC for inappropriate sales behavior.

From enquiry through to installation and after sales follow-up. Kept in contact throughout the process. Installation was exceptionally well done - the workers even cleaned up some weeds that were there when they arrived.

SouthAus Solar has been professional, thorough and so easy to work with throughout the whole process from initial enquiry to applying for the rebate to installation of the system.

They clearly explained how the battery system and particularly the VPP would work. They never missed a step or replying to a question. On installation day, Asher was careful, respectful and very polite. We could not be more happy with the end result and how the system is working. No more bills, just profit!

Very easy it took a few weeks, but over all service was unmatched. The installers were very professional and cleaned up extremely well.

We recently used SouthAus Solar for a solar battery installation. Every staff member we dealt with were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us informed for every step of the process via phone calls and emails. The battery was installed in record time, to meet our needs and the installer took a lot of time to explain everything to us. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Battery only installation went very well. Installers were friendly and polite and answered all our questions easily. Battery looks very neat and is so far working well. Loving the app as well. Roll on $0 power bill.

The processing part went through smoothly, the sales staff were informative and friendly, bit of a delay with approval from Govt. but they can't help this, soon as it was approved an installation date was offered and accepted. Installers arrived on time and were finished by the end of the day, The 2 guys that did my installation were great, it was their first one they had done after being trained by the company and they were knowledgeable and the installation went off without a hitch, battery supply was commissioned and the unit is functioning perfectly. no more power bills YIPPEE !!!!!!!

It was a easy experience from making a phone call the person I spoke to had a good knowledge of the the system could answer my questions. Then the process was easy and the installation was great he told me every thing he was doing. He showed me how to check it in my iPad a fantastic experience, would recommend to have it done

The panel was installed with no troubles and area was left clean and tidy. The gentleman who installed the panel was friendly and very helpful.
We were given wrong information at the beginning, being that the office in Adelaide had the hive there to see and staff to help us but this was not so. Their was no one there to speak with us and no hive to see. It was two hours wasted.
