I have a mobile phone from Southern Phone. It has been great for over 2 years except for one annoying fault. When I receive text messages they often come twice at different times and sometimes three or four times within 30 mins of the first. This can be distracting and dam frustrating. Why does this happen? Should I change phones or ?

If you are attempting to access your mobile data, then no password or username is required. You can access the mobile data in your phone settings. If you are attempting to connect to your WiFi, you will need to use the username and password located on your modem. Hi Julie, I am sorry I did not have a phone connected my account was solely for NBN internet service it was transferred from amaysim to southern phone when they sold their home internet to southern phone

This will depend on whether the devices you are contacting us off are devices with us or an alternate provider. If they are with us you are able to do this by logging onto your online access information and viewing either the details of your statement or your unbilled calls. Hi! What's the default username and password for a southern phone router? I'm trying to set up a DMZ so that I can hopefully increase the NAT type of a console I have. When I try to access the routers settings I'm prompted to input a username and password and I can't find anywhere online that says what they are. Usually companies go for mixtures of admin and root but nothing I've tried so far worked

I have been experiencing constant drop outs from Nbn for a fortnight now. Southern support suggested I turn my computer off and then on again, which did not do my blood pressure any good! Had the same problem a few months back and an Nbn technician assured me it was fixed. Am running out of patience with this company after many years as a loyal customer. Anyone else found their service has gone off the boil lately?

Hi Jared, Ring the TIO on 1800 062 058 have all you information ready explain your complaint tell them how many times you have contacted Southern Phone and they will sort it out for you fixed my problem in 2 hrs.Hope this helps

Trying to run a busy business and no internet makes it near impossible. Decided to send employees home today fully paid and on notice again tomorrow. This is costing my business money. Not to mention I can not operate my Apple TV.
Feeling beyond disappointed. I have turned all equipment off and modem. Can you indicate when I will have connection again?

If you are with Southern Phone your guess is as good as mine go to the TIO they sorted mine I am now with another carrier. Good Luck

I apologise for the issues you have experienced trying to contact us. Southern Phone have recently been inundated with calls. After reviewing your account I can see that your data is active and ready for use. If it appears to still not work you may need to complete a reboot. To complete a reboot you need to turn the phone off, take the sim card out, leave it out for 5 minutes, put the sim card back in and turn the phone back on. *Darian

my NON service was month to month with Amaysim and wireless internet was excellent with great customer service.
Now that our service was automatically taken over by Southern Phone we have continual drop outs and now no internet service continuing more than 24 hours straight.
I cannot find anywhere to cancel my direct debit with this company and cancel my monthly service altogether. Does anyone have any idea how to do this please?

I would contact your bank and get the direct debit Cancelled. The contact southern Phone and tell them you are not paying for their service because it was cancelled.

Why isn't my landline working? you lost my last number, gave me a new number and that isn't working either.plus i have tried ringing 131464 with no answer and a drop out. i can't move to another network yet as you have to solve the problems that YOU have created.
