A perfect gift to ourselves!
We attended the Gold Coast Spas Direct store, A lot of stock on display the staff were very helpful. We were able to get all the information we asked about and more from the staff. We took some brochures and went to way to make a decision, which was not hard. We went back the following week and purchased the super California deluxe spa. Due to Covid there was a delay in delivery but that was not Spas Direct fault, it arrived and was very easily installed, again the staff are very helpful. We are able to use with no problem at all, it’s beauti...ful at night with the lovely lights listening to your Bluetooth music. We use the spa almost every night after work, it’s so relaxing and peaceful. Now we are questioning why we didn’t do this earlier!! Thank you once again.
We love our Swim Spa
We’ve lived in our spa since it arrived what a great investment! It’s very low maintenance and very easy to use. And the best part is we can use it all year round because it’s heated. Thanks spas direct.
You can't beat a nice Spa at the end of the day
Very happy with our spa from Spas Direct, With inbuilt Bluetooth there's nothing better than relaxing at the end of the day with a drink listening to our favourite tunes.

We LOVE our spa!!
We bought one of the smaller options to suit our small outdoor area. Best decision we ever made. The price was fantastic as is the spa, and everyone right from the sales staff through to the warehouse staff were great and easy to deal with. We use our spa every day and it is pretty easy to maintain too. Would highly recommend people getting the spa from Spas Direct!

Partner works 70-75 weekly,12 hours drive a wk,only use it weekends,SO EASY TO MAINTAIN,& the cover keeps the dirt out. Just wipe the shell of the spa &add chemicals.we test the water every two weeks at the pool place at BUNDALL

Taking Them To Court
We went to the factory outlet and spent approx 30 mins, the only time we were approached by the sales person ([Name Removed]) was near closing time, we asked if they did interest free, he replied he would send us a link, and the spa that we showed interest in was not in stock and would be for months, that was all the information given. We have never received an invoice, we have never signed a contract with Spas Direct, nor did we know that if we filled out Zip we were actually buying the Spa. We were mislead into purchasing the spa by Spas dir...ect sending a link everyday for a month from Zip, we were under the impression that we were seeing if we were able to get finance. Then weeks later we get a account from ZIP to say we have purchased a Spa. We phoned Spas Direct, they never returned phone calls, they did not advise that they were going ahead with the sale. We cancelled the order, they then contacted us immediately to advise that we could not cancel the order and we would not get a refund, if we did cancel the order, they would keep the whole amount paid of $8000. They then found a spa from a cancelled order and told us we had to have it, this made me even more apprehensive about this company, they would not return my money for a Spa I did not have or was in stock, yet they were telling me I had to take a spa from a cancelled order!!!! I tried everything, Zip tried to get our money back. We do not have the Spa nor has Spas Direct contacted us to sort out this situation. They are keeping $8000 of our money for nothing, the spa has not been delivered, it is not custom made, it is not a special order, it is an off the shelf product that can be easily sold. I am now going down the road with VCAT to get our money back. If anyone else wants to add to our claim please contact me asap. This has been going on since March 2021. I have now read hundreds of negative reviews about this company, and have seen them on TODAY TONIGHT in South Australia. Somethings needs to be done about this company and how they rip off people of their hard earned money. Thanks
Best money I ever spent
Bought my Spa around 3 years ago at a very competitive price. The guys delivered it and put it where I wanted. It has never missed a beat and would thoroughly recommend this company for any would be buyers.
Run a mile from this company
It was four months before our spa arrived and it had numerous leaks and problems. Their customer service is non existent. Such a terrible company after they have your money.
Old age will get me before the warranty claim is processed.
It took 18 months to get 1 LED light and 3 speakers changed and now the heating element is down to earth, the store owner on the Gold Coast is useless, hasn't returned my calls once. I have to deal with the Cranbourne store in Victoria to get something happening. If I had my time again I would've gone elsewhere.
Poor service and defected product but not fixing the issue
I purchased a new SPA from Spa Direct in June 2021. It was delivered by SPA Direct sales consultant by himself. We found the crack in the bottom but Spa Direct now fusing to refund or replace. I am in to legal action. Be careful when buy SPA from them.
Terrible aftercare customer service on faulty spa.
Bought in May. Bluetooth stereo has never worked and one jet faulty/broken. Worst aftercare customer service ever!! (Still not fixed/replaced) so frustrating. Regret buying from here!! WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!
