Absolutely love my spa!

We use our swim spa 4 to 5 times a week swimming and add chemicals once or twice a fortnight. Perfect for our small family. Great customer sevice and easy warranty claim.

We purchased the Molokai deluxe spa about 2 months ago and asked for delivery 3 weeks later.
Spa was delivered on time, in perfect condition and works great.
We use it all the time and so far have not had any issues.
Brought a Venus deluxe spa late in September last year. Not only was the spa a few weeks late to be delivered, we also had no instructions with the spa. We tried calling multiple times, leaving emails and messages and still no response. Fast forward time till now, It has been two months where we have been Trying to order a new filter and still nothing. When I did get through they advise me to put a good review up on here and I will get a free filter worth $99. It has been three weeks Since putting up a good review and funny enough, still nothing. This is my update to my last review. The service is terrible ! I do not recommend these people to anybody. If only I could turn back time!
Good Spa, just be aware of extra costs and post sale service
We use our swim spa very often. It's a good piece of hardware and pretty easy to be maintain. I went into the purchase a little blind, please be aware of extra cost related to owning a spa. Delivery cost me upwards of 2 grand. To get the electrics done was also 2 grand. Then you firstly have to prepare where you are going to put your spa, I spent 3 grand on a concrete slab. Plus also another 2 K on pool fencing. So my $20,000 well priced swim spa, quickly became an almost 30k investment. Plus running costs, I would advise investing in solar pan...els, as your electricity bill will near double. Of course none of this was talked about at point of sale, the salesmen was very focused on getting our money. Plus post sale service left a lot to be desired. Trying to get information for our electrician was a nightmare. But after a 6 month project of getting it operational, our swim spa is wonderful.
I love my spa and it was a pleasure dealing with Muftah and his team. He arranged to deliver to Bunbury from Perth on my day off. The spa was great value and our family is very much enjoying the spa. I would highly recommend Spa direct as they offer a great product for a great price.
Use it nearly every night. Couldn’t live without it now. Best purchase in a long time. Very easy to maintain and keep clean. Super easy process when purchasing our spa.

Great spa but wish I bought elsewhere
Was talked into a spa and did zippay. Then was told I would have to wait upto 16weeks for delivery, couldn’t pull out as zippay had already cleared.
Then waited and waited over 5weeks during the hottest time. Whole reason we bought it was for the peak summer.. cost a fortune for delivery..
called head office few times and explained and they said we will sort it. But never called back. Head office customer service is crap.

I live in Perth, and have just recently bought a cascade swim spa. My honest experience with spas direct has been overwhelmingly positive. Muftah was our sales representative, and has looked after us throughout - both before, during and after care. We are not easy customers either as this is a big investment for us and our family, but we have no regrets at all in choosing spas direct. We went to many spa shops, and found that spas direct gave us the most bang for our buck, their spas are priced very well with flexible payment options like zip m...oney. Muftah was patient, honest and answered all of our questions (and we contacted him many times, even outside working hours, with a warm and friendly genuine tone. Ive had plenty of dealings with companies that forget you as soon as you pay the money, and spas direct has gone above and beyond for us. Our spa arrived within a couple of weeks, when we were expecting a couple of months. We picked up and had our spa delivered and electrically installed using our own companies and they were fine with this. We registered our spa into the spas direct website , and we had an issue that was on our end regarding 1 pump (which turned out to be a separate button on the spa that needed to be held down for 3 seconds to activate that was not mentioned on the manual) So we thought it didnt work, and went through the warranty process. They responded right away, and within a day we had Muftah, the spa technician and even the factory manager visit us and patiently answer all our questions and showed us the spa working perfectly. They were all warm, patient and friendly , I was so relieved and humbled by the lengths they have gone too for us.... I would like to personally thank them and all the staff at spas direct for the great experience and i highly recommend them. Choosing them on price and service quality has been a no-brainer. Cant wait to jump back in for a swim, our whole family love it!

Love my spa. Either cooling down on a hot day or relaxing in the evening. So easy to maintain and Mufta has been great. Prompt delivery and walking me thru the set up. Awesome thanks Mufta and spa direct.
What a great investment
We made the decision to invest in a hydro therapy spa from spa's direct. The service we recieved was second to none. Thank you to Muftah for his attention to detail and making it such.an easy and hassel free purchase. With little to no maintainence for the amount of use. We get to spend more time enjoying our spa.

Crap Spas, Crap Service, Crap Business - Don't go near them!!
My Spa is cracked and after 4 months of promising they would fix it, absolutely nothing!!! The government lets them keep trading as well which baffles me!!!!
My Spa was not touched over winter and it cracked! Just goes to show how strong their acrylic is.
Please look elsewhere for a spa don't be upset and devastated like I am!!!
Still waiting for service after 1 1/2 years
I am amazed by how many people have great service and for some reason I cannot get an answer for a ticket raised on May 21st 2018! Ticket number 423 raised 21st May 2018 in relation to replacing panels that were damaged on delivery - I have been contacted numerous times, had your technician here to look for himself, been promised resolution by a number of people, and yet on the 28th Feb 2019 still sit with damaged panels and no answer! Update, it is now the 13 September and this is still not fixed!
We purchased our spa late 2018 , So far we are very happy with it .
Our spa is used every second day morning and night, It takes a while to get used to the chemicsls but after a while it is not hard to maintain. The control panel did malfunction a few months after purchase but was fixed promptly
