Paid $950 for a touchpad system. It didn’t turn up and I’m still waiting for our refund. No calls back. No answers. No refund. 2nd sound system doesn’t work and the pool won’t go under 35 degrees. No one wants to help or sort this out. Very unhappy.
Not sure if we will get a free filter lol but this review is just to say we love our spa. We did need to get 12 volt power installed but it was worth it. We have 3 teenagers who love init and I often jump in at night. After sitting at the computer working for 10 hours it's a great way to wind down. It simple and easy to use and always ready at the right temperature, just lift the lid. Everything is automatic. So glad we got it.

We attended the Gold Coast Spas Direct store, A lot of stock on display the staff were very helpful. We were able to get all the information we asked about and more from the staff. We took some brochures and went to way to make a decision, which was not hard. We went back the following week and purchased the super California deluxe spa. Due to Covid there was a delay in delivery but that was not Spas Direct fault, it arrived and was very easily installed, again the staff are very helpful. Read moreful at night with the lovely lights listening to your Bluetooth music. We use the spa almost every night after work, it’s so relaxing and peaceful. Now we are questioning why we didn’t do this earlier!! Thank you once again.Very happy with our spa from Spas Direct, With inbuilt Bluetooth there's nothing better than relaxing at the end of the day with a drink listening to our favourite tunes.

Have used spa everyday since we purchased. So relaxing. Love it when our grandson visits and asks, Pop, I swim in your pool.
Maintenance is a breeze. Love the Bluetooth feature.

We bought one of the smaller options to suit our small outdoor area. Best decision we ever made. The price was fantastic as is the spa, and everyone right from the sales staff through to the warehouse staff were great and easy to deal with. We use our spa every day and it is pretty easy to maintain too. Would highly recommend people getting the spa from Spas Direct!

The best purchase we have ever made. We love it, it's changed our lifestyle.
Partner works 70-75 weekly,12 hours drive a wk,only use it weekends,SO EASY TO MAINTAIN,& the cover keeps the dirt out. Just wipe the shell of the spa &add chemicals.we test the water every two weeks at the pool place at BUNDALL

It was four months before our spa arrived and it had numerous leaks and problems. Their customer service is non existent. Such a terrible company after they have your money.
It took 18 months to get 1 LED light and 3 speakers changed and now the heating element is down to earth, the store owner on the Gold Coast is useless, hasn't returned my calls once. I have to deal with the Cranbourne store in Victoria to get something happening. If I had my time again I would've gone elsewhere.
Since we bought our Spa back in December, we haven’t looked back. I have suffered from a back injury for 6 years and this has been the best investment to help take weight off and relax my muscles so I can ease pain. It has also been great during summer to unwind with my family and friends.

Nothing better then coming home to a beautiful relaxing spa. These guys made the whole purchase a breeze. It’s easy to keep clean and maintain. There after sales services is great as well

Despite 10 requests to have my number removed from their marketing list, I am still receiving text messages after hours. You cannot call their stores direct, only via a messaging service. I only called for information on installation on behalf of one of their customers. Very unprofessional company.

I had been keeping an eye on the Spas Direct website and Facebook page for several months on the many different options and offerings they have. We finally decided to visit the Gold Coast branch and it was a great experience with Mark and Kim very knowledgeable and patient in their information and advice. We decided to take the plunge with a little Byron Bay Platinum hot tub. We've only had the hot tub just under two weeks but to say we're happy would be understating things! Our little girls are seemingly obsessed with dips in their 'mini pool'.
Great service, wonderful product and we could not be more ecstatic with our decision to go with Spas Direct for our leisurely purchase!

i have purchased a spa 8 months ago and i am trying to find a manual i can look at on your spas direct page but none of the touch pads are the same as our think it is a 2017 Californian grande buy the plate how can i find one or could some one email me one thanks tried online help but no response thanks Glenn Boston
Glenn l also have purchased a spa and con not find any manuals for it even though i have emailed them numerous times
