Since we bought our Spa back in December, we haven’t looked back. I have suffered from a back injury for 6 years and this has been the best investment to help take weight off and relax my muscles so I can ease pain. It has also been great during summer to unwind with my family and friends.

Despite 10 requests to have my number removed from their marketing list, I am still receiving text messages after hours. You cannot call their stores direct, only via a messaging service. I only called for information on installation on behalf of one of their customers. Very unprofessional company.
I had been keeping an eye on the Spas Direct website and Facebook page for several months on the many different options and offerings they have. We finally decided to visit the Gold Coast branch and it was a great experience with Mark and Kim very knowledgeable and patient in their information and advice. We decided to take the plunge with a little Byron Bay Platinum hot tub. We've only had the hot tub just under two weeks but to say we're happy would be understating things! Our little girls are seemingly obsessed with dips in their 'mini pool'.
Great service, wonderful product and we could not be more ecstatic with our decision to go with Spas Direct for our leisurely purchase!
A great investment
We use our new spa at least three times a week and using the nature 2 spa stick ensures easy maintenance. Day or night we truly enjoy our latest patio addition.

We purchased a cascade swim spa from the Gold Coast. The salesman was friendly and knowledge. It has been trouble free and used frequently, particularly during summer. Great purchase and would recommend spas direct to anyone. Good products great service
DO NOT BUY OF SPA DIRECT
Brought cascade spa on 17/5/20 for $18,000 was told delivery was in 4 weeks if we brought that day as 2 were on there way by ship. Now 4 weeks later I'm told we need to wait until mid September but that's a maybe. Have called 20 times and never get a call back just a text msg to say not to contact them that they will call when spa is here. Also emailed John Back (general Manager) with no reply. Very unprofessional to deal with.

Use 2 or 3 times a week. Usually after exercise swim or sauna . Find my new T01 Pacific Blue Marble Spa provides a welcome highly recommended therapeutic
experience every time ! Bubbles galore as gentle or as strong as you wish or none at all if you prefer the serene calm of a warm soak as you sit dipping while sipping your favourite tipple or refreshing drink . A spa eases & soothes aching muscles & definitely helps with oesteo.
This spa is ultra easy to maintain . I just add the required chemicals to a floating dispenser as needed . Easily...

Use our spa almost every night, it’s hard getting out now that the temperature has dropped.Even the kids like to relax in it now home schooling. easy to look after if looked after it regular.
We absolutely love it... everything was a breeze from the store through to delivery which was seamless.
We use it at least 3-4 times a week.. it is super easy to use, although the green tree frogs love it atm so it can get a bit dirty, but easy to clean before we jump in

We purchased a deluxe swim spa from spas direct, we have been so happy with the spa and it has helped all our aches and pains greatly. The purchase and delivery was such a simple process, they were able to work the delivery date around our builders which was fantastic. Having never had a pool or spa before, I really wasn’t sure what to expect from an ongoing maintenance perspective, I have been so surprised at how easy the water quality is to maintain.

Maintaining it is very easy and it has a lid so no leaves or debris can get in.
Brought a Venus deluxe spa late in September last year. Not only was the spa a few weeks late to be delivered, we also had no instructions with the spa. We tried calling multiple times, leaving emails and messages and still no response. Fast forward time till now, It has been two months where we have been Trying to order a new filter and still nothing. When I did get through they advise me to put a good review up on here and I will get a free filter worth $99. It has been three weeks Since putting up a good review and funny enough, still nothing. This is my update to my last review. The service is terrible ! I do not recommend these people to anybody. If only I could turn back time!
