Scammers – This company are frausters. They have taken hundreds of customers money and not delivered. Mufta, Greg Lord, John Back, Paul England and his wife are crooks and rotten to the core. They scam people, shut down the company and open another one. Do not engage with these criminals. They are involved with other companies to watch out for The Spa Co Australia for one. Be warned

UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND IGNORING REQUESTS FOR REFUND – Purchased (paid in full) in October 2024 for delivery in November 2024 - company is in dispute with logistics company and unable to supply and continued to sell to unsuspecting customers after the lein was applied in November 2024/ this company cannot be trusted and trading under numerous names -

then contacted them through Facebook and received the most horrible customer service. The person was sarcastic and just plain rude.

Thankfully Mufta from the Perth branch contacted us and said he had another spa in stock which was exactly like the one we ordered and we can have that one. We were so grateful to have a positive outcome. Sadly the spa was delivered and once filled with water that night we noticed we cannot turn the temp up or down. This also means we cant set any functions such as eco mode.

The spa is set to 35 degrees and that's pretty hot on a Perth summers day! We tried to contact Mufta but he ignored us. We contacted the company and all they said was logde a warranty claim. We attempted to contact Mufta again and left a msg. But again was ignored. In the meantime we did lodge a claim and was advised a tech will be in contact on the Monday.

Monday comes and goes no phone call. Contacted spas direct again and were advised claim will be passed onto warranty team and we will receive a call in a hour. No call but we did get an email saying warranty claim has been passed onto a tech. Another day passes but no phone call.

As such we touched base with warranty team and have been advised it will take 10 working days to be contacted. Understandably touchpads can be faulty however the whole experience has been such a let down.

This is an $8000 spa, That's like sitting in a very warm bath in summer. I would definitely would look at other companies before buying through spas direct ever again.

regrets at all in choosing spas direct. We went to many spa shops, and found that spas direct gave us the most bang for our buck, their spas are priced very well with flexible payment options like zip money. Muftah was patient, honest and answered all of our questions (and we contacted him many times, even outside working hours, with a warm and friendly genuine tone. Ive had plenty of dealings with companies that forget you as soon as you pay the money, and spas direct has gone above and beyond for us. Our spa arrived within a couple of weeks, when we were expecting a couple of months. We picked up and had our spa delivered and electrically installed using our own companies and they were fine with this. We registered our spa into the spas direct website , and we had an issue that was on our end regarding 1 pump (which turned out to be a separate button on the spa that needed to be held down for 3 seconds to activate that was not mentioned on the manual) So we thought it didnt work, and went through the warranty process. They responded right away, and within a day we had Muftah, the spa technician and even the factory manager visit us and patiently answer all our questions and showed us the spa working perfectly. They were all warm, patient and friendly , I was so relieved and humbled by the lengths they have gone too for us.... I would like to personally thank them and all the staff at spas direct for the great experience and i highly recommend them. Choosing them on price and service quality has been a no-brainer. Cant wait to jump back in for a swim, our whole family love it!

Delivery service non existent – Paid for Sorrento spa in full beginning of November on free delivery promotion...now middle December no spa ..no one answering my phone calls SMS or emails. Phone 1300 number voicemail says closed for holiday season.

Where do I start – Thank god they are finally shut down. Worst time of my life dealing with this company. Hopefully he doesn’t get away with starting over yet again.

Pay the extra for quality and after care service elsewhere – After service doesn't exist and the quality was disappointing. The corners need to be regularly reclipped on as they keep falling off and have been trying to get a cover lift and steps since July but keep getting fobbed off. The moment payment was made, he turned into the worst person I have had to deal to date. He basically laughed when I said I would lodge a complaint for not providing the documentation they are required by law to do so. General line agents just as bad.
